I recently visited this ice cream shop & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was far below expectations. I would kindly request the owner to consider hiring trained & professionally qualified staff to ensure customers receive better service in the future.

They have So many Options & Flavours oh my God... & The Dip flavours are so many, tummy's full the still soul isn't. Must try... & the staff is amazing...

super friendly & kind staff every time i've gone in!! usually open past everything else closes in the area, & last time they happily served me a minute before closing :))

I visited the store to get ice cream for myself & my dog, but I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of the executives working there. She behaved rudely & inappropriately toward my dog & toward us as customers.

Additionally, I have heard concerns that some associates working there may not have proper legal work permits. If this is true, it is unfair to Canadians who are seeking employment opportunities. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter & take strict action if any rules or laws are being violated.
