About

La Confiserie CandyLabs specializes in the artisanal production of hand-pulled rock candies and custom molded confections. The craft involves the precise manipulation of heated sugar mixtures to create intricate designs that remain embedded within each individual piece. Patrons observe the production process through glass partitions as sugar artisans stretch and shape vibrant batches of molten candy into elaborate patterns. This establishment focuses on traditional boiling techniques that produce distinct textures and bold flavor profiles ranging from intense fruit infusions to cooling mint. Every creation reflects a commitment to structural accuracy and aesthetic detail, resulting in visually striking sweets that serve as both decorative items and edible treats. The facility operates as a dedicated laboratory for sugar art, ensuring that each batch maintains specific consistency and clarity standards throughout the fabrication cycle.

This is a small ship where they make hard candy. We saw a documentary about this on TV, so we were curious to see it live. There were lots of fun candies, but visually & taste-wise. If you like this kind of candy, definitely go & see how it is made!

I did the candy making course with my nephew & a friend. Amazing, I recommend doing this. all their candy taste fantastic to begin with but getting to experience making your own lollipops was really fun. My nephew really enjoyed it & is already asking to do his birthday party there. Put a pic of just some of the candies we made. The course was $55 & totally worth it. & to the young lady who was running the course today, you were absolutely amazing. We made a couple of lollipops & then a bunch of those little pillow candies.
