La Campagnola first started in 1981 as a small Deli in the area, then in 1995, became a more popular sandwich shop (Camps), to later transform itself into a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant in 1999 with recognized homemade specialties throughout Montreal. In 2009, we decided to start aging quality canadian beef to add to our menu.
Living in a changing world, the kitchen must follow this wave of change and renewal, so in 2018 we push our limits and standards to make you discover our new culinary experience of Italian Steakhouse, without forgetting our authentic tasty dishes.

We had a wonderful dinner with the service being excellent as we were well looked after. We had a variety of entrees from pasta, veal to steak. All were very tasty & prepared & served in a timely manner. It was very nice to bring our own wines; the prices reflect the quality of the food you are served & we would highly recommend La Campagnola for that special dinner out.
Excellent service; repas bien présentés, savoureux & en abondance, nous avons pris des entrées de pâtes (un à sauce citronné l'autre (Vegan) tomates épicées. y aurait eu 5 étoiles sauf le samedi le resto assez plein le bruit ambient était si envahissant que nous ne pouvions entretenir une conversation meme en se criant. Vaudrait la peine d'y retourner peut-être un soir de semaine moins populaire, ou plus tôt le samedi soir peut-être. Bonne expérience quand même.
Amazing restaurant, amazing food but the best part was how nice the staff are & especially the owners. I highly recommend it. Great atmosphere & bring your own wine! Can't get much better than that.
Got to be the best Italian restaurant in the city. The quality of the food & the quality of the service is absolutely astonishing & the price is EXTREMELY competitive. Can't find a flaw. Recommend to anybody who wants to have a great Italian meal with a great ambiance.

Plats trops chers, ils priorisent le service aux clients réguliers. Plats trop simple & fruits de mer trop cuits surtout les crevettes qui étaient sèches. Restaurant extrêmement bruyant & manque d'espace entre les tables. Très décevant pour le prix !!
Incredible pastas-- had the red wine & the lemon pasta incredible taste..thin crust pizza with cheese & meat served sliced
& the dessert was absolutely divine .Service fit for a king . Meals ranged about 28.00 per meal.At the end of dinner we wanted to kidnap the chief & force him to cook these great meals
