About us

Our family is proud to share our passion with you. From generation to generation, La Campagnola has never stopped growing and refining itself.

La Campagnola first started in 1981 as a small Deli in the area, then in 1995, became a more popular sandwich shop (Camps), to later transform itself into a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant in 1999 with recognized homemade specialties throughout Montreal. In 2009, we decided to start aging quality canadian beef to add to our menu.

Living in a changing world, the kitchen must follow this wave of change and renewal, so in 2018 we push our limits and standards to make you discover our new culinary experience of Italian Steakhouse, without forgetting our authentic tasty dishes.

Through all these years, our priority is to make our customers have a unique experience every time. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

First time at La Campagnola was fantastic. Food was delicious beautifully presented & taste was excellent. Everything from salad to appetizers & main course. Delicious. Service was excellent & we were a large group. Eveeyone was so kind so nice & so professional. Will recommend to all.

Amazing experience having our wedding here last weekend. Food was awesome, staff was super friendly & accommodating, everything went according to plan. The whole team showed attention to detail & making sure everything went smooth from start to finish. Overpriced for what it was. The seating/ambiance didn't exactly have me wanting to stick around to finish our bottle of wine & order dessert. The steak full of fat & gristle, sides were ok. Polite server, but not exactly friendly either. Overall just meh. Will not be going back

Came here as a group & everything was perfect. The food was delicious, I am always skeptical about ordering filet mignon but the cook on this was on point! Came for a second time with a big group & was equally as delicious.

This Italian steakhouse restaurant is wonderful & cozy. The service is good 👍 & friendly. & the food is exceptional. Especially the steaks 🥩. I had the 160z Kansas bone in strip & it was simply delicious 😋. It was expertly aged, seasoned & cooked perfectly. It melts in your mouth.
The grilled octopus was nice too.
A++ experience here.

Amazing Experience at La Campagnola this past weekend for a family group event. The warm atmosphere & beautiful decor was so welcoming & the food....amazing. Generous portions cooked to perfection & a very affordable fixed menu with great options. A special thank you to the excellent staff that catered to us such a beautiful group of people & to Maria for all of her help getting this organized. We will be back!! Thank you

The restaurant is cozy & has a great ambiance. The service was excellent, the servers were very kind & friendly & our food was served in timely manner. Speaking of the food, we had the 16oz Kansas steak & Aglio e olio pasta, it was fantastic! The meat was juicy & flavourful & the pasta was great, the portions were generous & their homemade bread to go with it was fresh & soft. I will definitely be coming again!
