Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Reserved a table for 2 hours before the habs game (as promised on the phone). The manager tried to kick us out after an hour & 15 minutes. The service was complete shit as we were being served by someone working the bar rather than a waitress at a table. When we spoke to the manager, he completely defended the actions of their low staffed service & gave us no explanation of why they were kicking our rsvp early. He spoke minimal French/English & it was absolutely discouraging. As someone who has worked in the busiest Cage au Sports (avenue des canadiens, in front of the centre belle) the service completely blew me away. Disrespectful, rude & not what promised. Would recommend 0/10. Avoid at all costs.
Good place overall, but 3 stars due to the mixed washroom, come on, specially in a bar were guys & women are drinking putting everybody together, there's nothing good coming from that decision, there's going to be a lawsuit soon imo. Except for that detail, good place for not too serious occasions.

My Fiance & I got an invite to come back by the manager Emmanuel. Let me tell you what a huge difference it was. He was our server & above & beyond, not only for us but for his whole section. He was amazing.
We started with the nachos dunk which were great. It was Friday so my fiance had a complimentary Caesar to drink. For our mains she had the Tuna Tataki Bowl which she loved. I ordered the New York Biftek which ok, kind of chewy & not a lot of flavour.
Overall the night was great from service to atmosphere to the food with the stark being the only drawback.

Went for dinner with my fiance to La Cage in Vaudreuil last night. We were segued by the bar at a table. The host was amazing, very friendly & explained club cage to us so I downloaded the app & signed up.
A few minutes late a server came up & she took our drink order, another server came up & just as she was starting talk the first brought our drinks & the second server said'you're lucky since you have 2 of us' that was the last time either of the 2 servers came to our table or said anything us. We sat there for over 30 min waiting for our order to be taken as the servers walked by our table 6 times. There were 2 tables that were seated after us & they were looked after & placed their order while we were ignored.
We got up & walked out & asked the host to speak to a manager. He went to get him & came back & said he's'really busy right now'. Not what I wanted to hear after waiting over half hour to have nobody acknowledge us. He asked if there was anything he could do & I explained the situation to him, he was very apologetic & asked if we wanted to be seated in another section but we had somewhere to go & didn't have time. He said he will take down my name & phone number & the manger will give me a call. It's now been over 24hrs & I have yet to receive a phone call. The whole situation was & is being handled unprofessionally with a huge lack a customer service except for the host who was amazing.
We ended up having to go eat somewhere quickly but not what we wanted for our'date night'
La cage is a great bar overall to watch the hockey games! Its an amazing atmosphere & you feel like you are at the game! The food is decent for typical pub food which is perfect for watching games, my only thing is that the food is way overpriced for what it is but other than that it's a great time!! Drinks are good & decently priced!
Food is ok. Service was good. I thought this was a sports bar so we came here to watch the football game on a Sunday. The game started with sound but half way through they put music on after asking several times to change so we could hear the game but nothing was done. If you want to watch a game with actual sound, this is NOT the place!
We went to watch a match & carefully picked our table based on the TV showing it. Halfway through the game-surprise!-they switched the channel. We asked four different people about it, & all we got were vague, evasive answers. Hilarious, right? A sports bar where you *can't* watch the game. Now that's next-level irony.

Great selection of bar food as well as a healthy option. Good portions too. Food selection for kids had good variety. The air-conditioning was turned a bit too cold, but Daphnee the waitress was super sweet & went the extra mile... She went to her car & lent us her personal blanket. Great experience, especially due to friendly staff. Thanks again
One of the best cage restaurants. If you're at the bar & your server is petroula or Lola you're in good hands. They will cheer you up even if your team loses.
Incapable de faire un hamburger qui est pas sec. Le premier que j'ai commandé completely calciné & le deuxième, pas calciné mais quand même sec comme ma botte. J'étais assis au bar au moins ça fait rire pas mal de monde. Par chance j'étais seul. Le burger brie & champignons à 23 piasse. C'est qui le chef
The restaurant's nice overall, comparable to other locations. However this one falls short on accommodations. They had seated us at a table with a tiny shelf in between us & the next table attached together. We were basically sharing our table with 2 strangers. This makes things a little impersonal, & awkward as the people who are basically sitting at the same table as us were having a conversation that was not the most appropriate. It's one thing sitting at a bar but this was in the dining room. They had other tables for 2 available, they were open up until the point we left. If it were a question of space due to an influx of business I may understand. That was not the case. Some tables are set up very strange, so that people are sitting with strangers at the same table. It's ridiculous that you have to ask for your own table for 2 people. The food was excellent, no complaints there. The server seemed unfamiliar with the new menu, she was only so attentive to us & our uninvited guests. I would probably visit another location.
