La Cage est une chaine de restauration sportive québécoise présente à la grandeur de la province avec plus de 40 établissements. Avec son décor moderne, son menu toujours actualisé et sa technologie de pointe, le réseau bénéficie d’un positionnement unique, s’appuyant sur la bouffe, la bière et le sport pour offrir une ambiance unique à sa clientèle.
Dans l'ensemble, La Cage est perçue comme un endroit sportif et animé avec de grands écrans et du popcorn à volonté, où le service est souvent rapide et sympathique, mais où l'expérience culinaire reste inégale: certains plats comme les wings et certains accompagnements plaisent, tandis que d'autres engendrent des déceptions avec des burgers gras, des plats mal assaisonnés et des portions parfois insuffisantes; des soucis d'organisation ou de précision des commandes et quelques tables peu confortables sont aussi rapportés, et le rapport qualité prix est parfois jugé inférieur à ce que l on attend d une brasserie sportive; malgré tout l'ambiance et l énergie autour des matchs attirent des clients qui reviennent pour l'expérience sociale et le cadre dynamique du lieu.
Mon expérience au restaurant La Cage a été tout simplement délicieuse ! J'ai opté pour leur tartare de boeuf, & je dois dire que c'était un véritable régal. La fraîcheur & la qualité des ingrédients se sont vraiment démarquées. De plus, je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnel de Camille H. Son professionnalisme & son attention aux détails ont vraiment rendu mon repas mémorable. Je recommande vivement La Cage pour ceux qui recherchent une cuisine savoureuse & un service impeccable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience gastronomique inoubliable

I came to the cage to have dinner with my mom when we first walked in the we had to wait for the hostess when the hostess finally greeted us she asked us if we wanted paper menus, or to scan the menu digitally. I told her paper menu for the purpose that my mother is an older woman & she's not used to technology, so the woman just brought one menu for the both of us to share which I found a little bit ridiculous you could've given her a paper menu & a digital menu so we wouldn't have to wait otherwise the only best part about her service is when she gave us popcorn I personally found that the service there wasn't the best of service I found that the employees would be mainly covered around the bar area altogether talking or sitting down in a booth, laughing & giggling amongst each other. I didn't really see much of the waiters or waitresses going amongst their clients to see how the meal was going or if they needed anything else I understand people don't like to be bombarded when they eat, but for you only to check one time once you drop the food on the table to say, is everything OK but come back near the end, I didn't find that was great service. The fact that you have to wait long for when you're asking for extra things. I didn't really find the ribs that great. I found them a pet dry they were really to my liking, but you know to each their own I would recommend them being a little bit more juicy with a little bit more prominent of barbeque sauce where it can be visible & not just on one side of the ribs overall, it wasn't one of the best experiences here but maybe they were tired maybe they were understaffed overwork who knows but overall I don't think I'll personally go back there in a while but it is a nice place for family & friends to go celebrate if you're into that & you want to stay local
Sent my parents for a night out & they got the worst service. Tried calling to speak with a supervisor & hard to reach. We go there very often at least once a week & we always got great service & last night was the worst waited to be seated 29 min when the restaurant was not busy waited for their waitress 20 waited for their food 30min & my mom got her food cold not warm cold. My dad had to eat alone & my mom sat there waited to be served after waiting another 30 min she called a waiter & told him to tell her waitress to cancel her order. Just then she came to see my mom & told her she'll talk to a manger for discounts. seriously we don't want discounts that's not what it's about they canceled paid & left
Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes, un party de Noël de notre PME. Nous avons commandé des steaks. Un de nous a reçu son steak trop cuit (comme une semelle de botte), on a averti notre serveuse qui a tout de suite repris le steak afin de le refaire. Elle est revenue nous dire que la cuisine n'avait plus de steak New York. Il a donc demandé un filet mignon, il n'y en avait plus non plus. Ils lui ont proposé de la macreuse, pas mangeable. On a demandé 3 vins, & il n'y avait aucune bouteille disponible. On a demandé de parler à la gérante, & nous n'avons obtenu aucune collaboration de sa part. Nous croyons sincèrement que vous devez améliorer votre service à la clientèle ainsi que vous assurez d'avoir les produits qui figurent sur votre menu, surtout pendant le temps des Fêtes.
At the risk of sounding like a lot of people already, our experience wasn't very good. It wasn't very busy but for some reason we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food. When it finally came, my burger was cold & burnt. My wife's toast for her salmon tartare was cold. The waitress was very apologetic & even discounted the bill but it's safe to say I won't be recommending it to anyone & won't be returning.

We ordered 2 chicken wraps. & 2 kids meals. We waited 45 minutes for our food & when the food came out, the wraps were cold inside & out & the sweet potato fries were cold. The all I tasted was the bread & onions. First & last time we visit la cage. Such an awful experience. Waitress nowhere to be seen. We visited on Wednesday December 13th 2023 at 6pm to be exact. So bad. I was nice to give you 2 stars.
Today all good as usual. BUT the service was pretty bad. So bad that we think they might have an employee issue. We have come around 10 times this year. Today I think we could have skipped & kept the nice memories of 2023.
Première visite pour moi!! J'ai vraiment aimé le service, courtois & rapide!! Nos drinks ont été servis rapidement & le serveur Super gentil!! La nourriture est delicious 😋 Bonne ambiance aussi!!! C'est sure qu'ont y retourne!! 😉
