We made reservations however we had our 75 year old.motger & the only seating they had was high stools that even I couldn't get up on! They didn't even try to find a solution & said sorry so we left! The hostess told us we should've mentioned when we reserved but they could've also mentioned they only had high stools available!
Nous avons adoré notre expérience lors du match de hockey des séries. Une ambiance incroyable du début à la fin, c'est vraiment un must à vivre à Montréal, que vous soyez partisan de hockey ou non.

As usual, great place, lovely staff, clean facilities, delicious food & drinks (I recommand the Sangria for the summer vibe ;p ). They are really respectful, asking our langage préférence for both the service & the sport chanel.
It is a tradition for me to come enjoy the last rounds of the champions League here & I will surely keep coming here.
Super soirée, partie canadiens vs Tampa Bay , le service par Catherine a été parfait! Mon tartare duo excellent. & la suggestion du dessert par Catherine le mi-cuit !! Decadent !
Very rude staff including their manager. We tried to get a table & they were very rude keeping us waiting & talking in a condescending manner of where we must stand & that we must not sit yet they ignored us at the entrance.
Disgusting repulsive attitude, tone lacking tact & 0 respect. They have no clue what customer services is.

Honnêtement le son pendant un match du canadien c'est horrible si vous êtes assis du coter bar ça va mais le côté non bar on entend rien pis j'ai aucune qui a fait la déco c'est a retravailler déjà le son des affreux les lampe devant les télé sa fait vrm dur

I was there almost every day with people i bring from work or by my self im master on the application & get refussed to switch grilled chicken for crispy when all the other places do it ... short story they cant accomedate sombody who is a loyal customer bringing people to the restaurant well i guess on to the next one .
J'ai réservé pour 14 personnes quand je suis arrivé, le service était long une fois j'ai commandé mon hamburger avec fromage bleu, j'ai reçu mon hamburger, fromage brie, j'ai demandé à La serveuse qui rat dans mon hamburger, j'ai reçu la visite du gérant après 10 minutes en me disant comme un extra pour le fromage, on a décidé de pas vous le faire je lui ai répondu ça m'a fait plaisir de payer un surplus & après ça m'a demandé tu le veux-tu toujours pareil? Oui & j'ai reçu mon assiette une fois que tout le monde a fini de manger en plus même pas demandé si on veut un café à dessert, surtout si t'es la fête de mon garçon
Mais qui gère ce restaurant ? Sincèrement nous sommes allés & ouff un'gérant' qui semble perdu de la nourriture brûlé qu'on demande de changer & qu'on nous redonne brûlé & sans goût. Bref autant que nous aimions aller là-bas plus jamais nous allons remettre les pieds là. Changer de restaurant parce que les employés on l'air de rien comprendre quand on leur parle. Triste de voir ça. Amélioré votre service & votre personnel svp sans compter votre nourriture.
I placed an online order for this location & there was an error with the system (for deliveries). As soon as I was able to reach the store by phone, the person on the line was very attentive to my issue.
I appreciated the employee's proactive response & received my order with no further issues, which was delicious!

Nous sommes aller hier & je dois absolument faire un commentaire, nous avons eu un service exceptionnel, notre serveuse était super attentionnée & drôle même les gérants étaient sur le plancher à nous demander si tout allait bien. On va souvent à la cage & jamais nous avons eu un aussi bon service, la nourriture était délicieuse & avec la promotion des pichets de bière à 19$ notre facture était plus que raisonnable. Merci pour la belle soirée!!!
Nous aimons particulièrement la pizza de cette Cage. La pâte est souple & goûteuse avec une bonne base de tomate. Pratique car on peut se stationner facilement & on apprécie l'ambiance & le bon accueil. On y retournera encore.
