Cela est ma deuxième visites au nouvel emplacement à Lasalle (& j'habite le secteur) & cela est encore pire.

Absolutely terrible customer service at La Cage LaSalle.
I called to reserve a table for 2 people. A girl confirmed she could make the reservation, but when I asked if she could stay on the line while I checked something, she told me to call back. I called back 10 minutes later & a guy answered, saying they were full. When I tried explaining that I had just spoken to someone who was making the reservation, he cut me off, said'thank you,' & hung up in my face.
I called again & another girl answered with'You know you're calling La Cage?' instead of listening to the issue. Completely rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful.
You don't have to treat customers this way. Learn some basic respect & customer service. What a shame.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Late Lunch at La Cage LaSalle - Loving the New Menu!
We recently stopped by La Cage in LaSalle for a late lunch to check out their new menu, & it did not disappoint!
We ordered the brisket & the crispy chicken salad, & both were absolutely delicious. A huge standout was the new brisket sauce-it is honestly awesome. In fact, it's so good we were saying it should be offered as an option on the salad too!
As with most La Cage locations, the service was excellent. What made our lunch extra special was that the manager, Richard, took the time to come by our table to say hi. We really appreciated that personal touch; it's a great addition to the experience.
On the practical side, the bathrooms are co-ed, very clean, & fully functional. Plus, since the restaurant is part of the mall, parking is an absolute breeze.
Highly recommend checking out the new menu additions!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés récemment à La Cage de LaSalle pour un dîner tardif afin d'essayer le nouveau menu, & nous avons été ravis !
Nous avons commandé la poitrine de boeuf (brisket) & la salade de poulet croustillant, & les deux étaient vraiment excellents. Le grand coup de coeur va à la nouvelle sauce à brisket-elle est tout simplement incroyable. En fait, elle est tellement bonne qu'on s'est dit qu'elle devrait aussi être offerte en option sur la salade !
Comme dans la plupart des restos La Cage, le service était excellent. Ce qui a rendu notre dîner encore plus agréable, c'est que le gérant, Richard, a pris le temps de venir saluer notre table. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette attention personnalisée.
Côté pratique, les toilettes sont mixtes, très propres & parfaitement fonctionnelles. De plus, comme le restaurant fait partie du centre commercial, le stationnement est un charme.
On recommande fortement d'aller essayer les nouveautés du menu !
Greeted by someone at 5:36 claiming they can't give us a booth (my wife, myself & 3 children) because the ENTIRE RESTAURANT has 6:30 reservations & the game starts at 7:00 in a restaurant where there is only 3 other tables dinning ( Completely empty restaurant by my standards ) so as I say to my wife forget it, let's just go.. the greeter claims'Oh! I have one reservation for 7:45, so you'll have to be gone by then'

So we take the table we requested, & eat, summary of food.. poutine as salty as the ocean, gross, 27$ burger missing jalapenos, chicken wings taste like fish tacos, 2/5 orders were okay.
By the time we were done (6:22) the restaurant had seated 8 out of 20 booths & almost all tables were empty, 20% capacity..
Greeter was not welcoming, 1/5
Food was mostly gross 2/5
Garbage all over the floor 1/5
Serving team was excellent. 5/5
Lasalle falls short in comparison to the other Cages nearby. Maybe the manager should try out a different experience & Brossard?
Nous sommes allés souper à la Cage vu que nous y allons entre 3 à 4 fois pas année.
Je vais vous faire un point détaillé.
Accueil: Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil fut très moyen comparativement à la précédente équipe. C'est dommage car cela orchestre le début de votre souper.
Service:
Nous avons été pris en charge par un jeune homme souriant, rempli d'humour & très avenant.
Service des plats & qualités des mets:
Nous avons reçu nos entrées, demandant du citron & attendant notre citron mais à peine 5 minutes après, nous voyons une personne nous emmener nos plats de résistance.
Nous lui expliquons qu'il vient de nous servir l'entrée, que nous attendons le citron que nous lui avons demandé & qu'il ne peut pas tout nous déposer sur la table, ce sera froid.
Nous lui suggérons de ramener les plats en cuisine que nous puissions déguster nos entrées.
& là, une jeune femme arrive devant notre table, sans nous saluer, sans sourire, sans se présenter, exigeant qu'on prenne nos plats car « le serveur n'aurait pas inscrit la note sur notre commande pour attendre avant de servir les plats » .
Cette jeune femme nous prenait de haut & a eu un comportement condescendant.
Je lui ai répondu que c'est l'heure problème en interne mais je ne consommerai pas mon plat à plus de 33$ froid.
Qualité des mets:
Grosse régression comparativement aux années précédentes.
-Des calmars fruits mous & mouillés.
Pas de croustillant, rien.
-Cuisson médium pour un steak New York qui arrive bien cuit.
-frite sans sel & pas de salière sur la table.
Notre cher serveur sympathique a disparu.
Impossible de commander un dessert ou autre.
Qu'une envie, partir!!!
Je conseillerais vivement aux propriétaires de la Cage au sport à Lasalle de revoir ses critères d'embauche.
Vous aviez une super équipe. Aujourd'hui, c'est une catastrophe qui ne donne plus envie de revenir.
La cage au sport à LaSalle est un excellent restaurant à suggéré. J'y suis allée à l'heure du dîner, nous nous sommes faite servir par Frédérique qui nous a offert un excellent service, service rapide, elle était présente, souriante & à l'écoute de nos besoins. La nourriture était très bonne également, surtout le Burger Brie & Champignons!
I've enjoyed coming to watch Canada in the Copa America at the Cage Lasalle. They have an amazing big screen & they turned off the music so we can hear the match play by play. The staff are accommodating & the ambiance is fantastic for a big sporting event. The Canada Venezuela game was incredible! Merci!
