Low staff. The manager was rude & pushy with an attitude of "I am doing you a favor" for allowing you to be here despite the reservations done. The place was not entirely occupied during the night, but his lack of managing skills impressed. He spoke about not understanding how I have pushed through a reservation online, yet the system allowed it without hesitation. He informed me that our reservation is good for 3 hours only, yet there was no such thing on the reservation itself. Very disrespectful experience for a group who used to go even when the place was practically empty after the Covid shutdown.
Le service de réservation est le pire de toutes les succursales, il répondent jamais au téléphone & même s'il le font ça sert à rien en plus je vous dit que la carte & la app de la cage, c'est la même chose, la fille de la réception m'a dit que ça sert à rien de l'avoir, j'ai suis déjà Master & je ne réussi jamais à réserver pour les samedis ou pour avoir accès au deuxième étage, donc pas besoin vraiment de telecharher l' app, la bouffe, & l'ambiance j'aime bien, le service au table, par Jessica ou Sébastien est toujours parfait.
The food was delicious. However, the server we had was not professional enough. She brought the drinks super late (while we had to stop eating just to wait for the drinks). Then, I had to give back my steak to cook it well even though, I had asked to cook it well done. They took 40 minutes to bring a new plate. I had already lost my appetite & couldn't enjoy my valentine dinner with my boyfriend! She was all the time at one table, talking to them while she wasn't serving other tables properly. Even she didn't refill our glass of water. Another server from other tables was more concerned about our table.

Order a new item on their menu a Beef Bavette, was advised that the kitchen wasn't willing to cook it more then rare...so much for customer satisfaction

I haven't been to La Cage in forever, especially in that location. I went for a work lunch & have nothing to complain about. They did a great job. The place was full, but the service was still great, & everything came quickly. We got the wing special, & they were great. Also, speed is a huge plus considering we all needed to make it back after lunch. A1 I'll come back.
L'ambiance est toujours bonne mais le service à cet endroit laisse à désirer nous étions 2 couples (4 personnes 2 factures d'environ 100$ chacune pour un total 200$ sans le pourboire) nous avons eu nos breuvages (on a commandé un pichet & la serveuse n'a même pas rempli notre premier verre alors qu'ailleurs le font) & notre repas principal assez rapidement. Pour le dessert on a attendu environ 30-40 minutes & pour la facture on a attendu 20-30 minutes alors on s'est levé pour aller dire à la serveuse qu'on voulait partir & avoir la facture je suis déçu du service qu'on a reçu.
Went there for an informal business meeting. Good balance between expensive enough not to look cheap & decontracted atmosphere best suited for relationship building. It's loud & not private, also ideal for gatherings with friends.
Great service here, even during their busy hours. They have specials on Tuesday's, a wide variety of food at $10. The buffalo burger is amazing here, same quality as La Cage in Laval. Drinks are great here too. I would recommend getting the "Club Cage" app before visiting. You'll get a free dessert :)
