We used to go to La Cage Laval, but this time we couldn't find a reservation. Burger wasn't tasty at all
For the price I paid I could have 2 burgers 10/10 in a different place. Ceaser salad has to be lettuce from the coeur du lettus not the upper part of the Lettuce , Chicken on top of the ceaser wasn't well grilled … fish & chips toooo oily , the food quality was like just eat anything pay & leave . We won't come next time.
I suggest that the manager & cook chef goes to the competition resto & taste their food to learn & know where to fix & to change,
The burger at Resto crazy Falafel Laval is way beyond expectations , & so other places as well like Shawarma mood in chomedey their burger is 15/10 , The price we paid yesterday is very expensive for the quality of food we had.
Expérience correcte sans plus. On ne se demandera pas pourquoi de moins en moins de gens sortent manger au restaurant. Payer 60$ (incluant taxes & type) pour un hamburger/frittes & une bière, je trouve cela abusif. On parle d'un simple diner, rien de gastronomique.
La cage aux sport devrait sérieusement revoir la qualité de leur menu surtout avec la tranche de prix proposée. Plusieurs succursales visitées récemment la bouffe y est indigeste (Decarie, saint-Laurent, centre ville). Dans cette succursale spécifiquement les tartares ne sont pas mangeables.
Je ne laisse que rarement de commentaires mais quand cela est indécent ça mérite d'être apporté à la connaissance de tous. J'aurais mis 0/5 si c'était possible tellement le service est CATASTROPHIQUE. Puis comble de l'indécence, quand on est allé se plaindre auprès du gérant, celui-ci était plutôt du côté de ses employés en ne prenant pas vraiment en considération les remarques de ses propres clients. Nous sommes désormais d'ex clients de ce restaurant. A VOMIR 🤮

2 men at bar, have few drinks each, place busy, waitress bring a single bill, simpler for her but not for us, or establishment want to save in transaction fees.
Customer should not have to ask for 2 bill before ordering.
Customer experience should come first, convient for waitress or establishment saving transaction fees should be avoided.

Bartenter to busy, probably something related to keep maximum tips for her vs other employees( a question of section). She has been there for to long, taking customer for walking wallet.
