I truly wish I could say something positive about this place, but unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had.

We were seated & then completely ignored for a long time. The waitress barely came to our table - we had to ask just to get water. After waiting over 30 minutes, our food finally arrived cold & clearly not fresh.

When we expressed our frustration, the manager came & offered us a complimentary dessert to make up for the situation. However, even that was handled poorly - only one dessert was brought instead of two, & when we asked about it, we were simply ignored.

Between the cold food, long wait times, lack of service, & poor follow-through, the experience was extremely disappointing. I've honestly never had a worse restaurant experience.

I would not recommend this place based on both the service & food quality.

J'ai fait une commande pour emporter avec 4 repas. Deux sauces étaient manquantes, 2 jus étaient manquants, & les frites étaient complètement molles (& je suis allé chercher les repas à l'heure précise qu'ils étaient prêts) & ouvert les boîtes 5 minutes plus tard. Bref, la nourriture a laissé à désirer & je ne commanderai plus à cet endroit.

Worst restaurant I ever went to in my life. You can tell the servers do nothing but take the orders & even at that give a mediocre service, while the other employees do all the work. The food was horrendous for the price, might as well take your money else where to a nice fancy place. The managers… unprofessional & very passive aggressive. I can feel the work place toxicity when my table was right next to the kitchen & I can hear the staff disrespecting & bossing people around. Overall never again.
