The best place on Montreal's south shore to enjoy a sporting event with friends & family. The service is great, & the food is what you would expect from a sports bar. Good chicken wings & burgers. The TV screens are the gigantic - so you won't miss the game regarless of where you're sitting. Our kids enjoyed the kids menu - when we went there was an amazing $4 per kids meal special. That helps guite a bit on the wallet given price inflation these days!Voir plus

Ok... I so I don't go to restaurants much so maybe this is the norm, but I don't like it. Since when do restaurants no longer think nice menus are needed? I had to use a QR code to get the menu, with pictures, on my phone & look at it on a tiny screen. I had taken my mom, who has alzhimers, out to lunch... the scrolling up & down just so she could see pictures of what they had, absolutely ruined the dining experience, & was so confusing to her. Be better! At least have a tablet on hand for situations where customers aren't prepared like this, & if you do, make sure your servers know about it,...l I asked.Voir plus
J'ai vu une serveuse se lécher les doigts à plusieurs reprises pour nettoyer la sauce qu'elle versait ( qui avait coulé sur ses doigts) dans des assiettes pour des clients. Je ne m'attendrais pas de voir cela dans un restaurant comme la Cage. Gros manque d'hygiène. La nourriture était bonne & le service aussi (elle n'était pas notre serveuse), mais le grand manque d'hygiène fait que je ne vais pas y retourner.Voir plus

I've been to few la cage & this one seems not as good as the other locations be it for the food or the service. Recent experience was the worst, asked for 2 main dishes to share. Steak sandwich with the meat cooked medium well & a chicken sandwich with no bacon with salad & fries on the side. 1- steak came medium rare 2- fries came warm & closer to cold 3- chicken sandwich had bacon in it 4- Salad seemed old I mentioned the issues to the waitress who seemed busy with a fairly few customers to be honest. She got confused with the steak cooking part. Then when we discovered the chicken issue, she said she ll check something & disappeared for a while. I then put the plate aside, after few minutes she realized I will not eat it & mentioned she will get a replacement. A while after, she came back with a sandwich that was poorly prepared & lacked any good taste.Voir plus
Excellent service! The restaurant is open & bright with comfortable booths all over. I ordered a pepper sauce steak cook medium rare to perfection. The only thing I disliked was the French fries. Slightly over cooked & possibly in some old oil. My boyfriend ordered fish & chips. They said they thought the piece of fish was small so they brought a second piece. Again, the service was awesome! Overall nice place to have a drink & a good plate of food!!Voir plus
