Incroyable, tout simplement incroyable ! J'ai commandé ce soir avec Uber Eats & je suis vraiment impressionnée par la rapidité du service. La commande est arrivée parfaitement, les frites étaient excellentes, & la qualité des produits était vraiment au rendez-vous. Le meilleur tartare que j'ai jamais essayé. Un service rapide, efficace & une expérience parfaite. Je recommande fortement !
We came here to watch the Spain vs. England match, & the atmosphere was incredible.
Our server was outstanding-attentive throughout the entire visit, genuinely friendly, & always making sure we had everything we needed.
On top of that, the way the manager handled a small mix-up in the kitchen exceeded our expectations. He immediately brought us a complimentary item & made sure everything was resolved quickly & professionally.
Excellent service, great atmosphere, & a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Third time I'm ordering take out & there's always something missing! But tonight, nothing was right! No dressing on my ceasar salad, no utensils, both side sauces for the veggies were missing, the wings were tiny, cold & dry & the bag of popcorn was barely half full.. beyond disappointing for the prices! This chain of restaurant keep losing in taste & quality of food!
I've eaten there 5 times. Tonight was beyond terrible. Our food was cold, no one came to check on us. The only time I saw the waitress when was it was time to pay. Tonight was not it.
Put bacon on my vegeburger. Said because there was Chipotle sauce he figured that was ok. Ruined my 40th birthday. Cage replied to my daughter's comment but never did anything to fix it. Like my 40th!!!!!!!! I dont want your random reply. I want this fixed!!!!!

Ambiance incroyable, salle comble & survoltée, personnel accueillant & service impeccable. Chaque moment crucial sur le terrain était salué par les applaudissements nourris & le soutien des supporters - on sentait une véritable ferveur.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du bar pour son accueil chaleureux & pour nous avoir permis de partager ces émotions intenses du football. C'est dans des endroits comme celui-ci que le sport rassemble vraiment les gens !

Absolutely terrible customer service at La Cage LaSalle.
I called to reserve a table for 2 people. A girl confirmed she could make the reservation, but when I asked if she could stay on the line while I checked something, she told me to call back. I called back 10 minutes later & a guy answered, saying they were full. When I tried explaining that I had just spoken to someone who was making the reservation, he cut me off, said'thank you,' & hung up in my face.
I called again & another girl answered with'You know you're calling La Cage?' instead of listening to the issue. Completely rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful.
You don't have to treat customers this way. Learn some basic respect & customer service. What a shame.
