Menu & musique impeccables, sans compter le service au table remarquable de Rosie, notre serveuse. Celle-ci connaissait si bien le menu que j'ai pu découvrir un excellent tartare de boeuf finement assaisonné avec des frites types belges tellement savoureuses. Rosie m'a permis de découvrir le superbe Versant Rosé, aussi vendu à la SAQ, qui vaut vraiment le détour à la Broue Shop, tout comme Rosie d'ailleurs. Un incontournable rendez-vous pour le goût à Sainte-Julie à la brasserie La Broue Shop. & pour rencontrer Rosie!

Tout était très bon. De la bière aux nachos bien garnis, les frites avec un petit goût de patate a déjeuné & le burger goûteux également, je recommande!

Un mercredi midi, c'était très calme. Le fish & chip double était généreux. Avec une bonne portion de frites. Le décor est un peu sombre & probablement approprié pour une brasserie. Pour les amateurs de bière, il y a un plateau de dégustation intéressant.

En entrée, j'ai commandé des calamars, ainsi que deux autre participants, assis près de moi.
C'est le pire plat de calamars que j'ai mangé de ma vie, & c'était le même avis des deux autres participants.
Ce commentaire à été fait à la serveuse, par nous trois.
Cependant, le deuxième plat, sandwich smokedmeat & frites, était excellent.
Ambiance très bruyante.
