Magnifique découverte de cette boîte à bijoux, près du métro Laurier! Le temps d'un bon repas, agréablement servi par toute l'équipe, on se sent choyé dans cette ambiance conviviale! Une belle pause avant d'aller méditer au Centre Kadampa!

C'est devenu notre QG avec mes amies, c'est bien placé, la nourriture est bonne, les prix sont raisonnables, il y en a pour tous les goûts, c'est spacieux, & c'est un des rares cafés qui reste ouvert après 17h!

J'y suis allée le 2 avril pour une commande à emporter. J'ai choisi les nouilles Singapour. J'ai à peine attendue 10 minutes. Le plat est copieux & succulent. Il y en a au moins pour deux personnes. Les nouilles sont accompagnées de poulet & de crevettes. Je n'ai pas été déçue. J'ai laissé un pourboire & le tout m'a coûté 15.00$. Une aubaine ce petit resto! J'y reviendrai!

I had the Jouvence on my way to work. The server was working alone & there was a line but she made it quickly with the perfect balance of flavours & consistency. They use paper to-go cups. Thanks for making my day!
Came back to try the special of fried tofu & sautéed vegetables which came with surprise portions of salad & rice. The salad dressing was tasty & balanced. The rice was cooked to perfection almost like sticky rice. It was decent value of a plate for $12.
I returned to try the veg dumplings & they were really good alone & with the sauces. Only complaint is an hour before closing they put the food in plastic containers & only tell you after you pay. They're trying to give themselves less to clean but it's still wasteful. It's not that hard to wash simple dishes & stay a bit later. Pay your employees to do what needs to be done
Came back for the Japanese tofu. It was so buttery & lightly breaded with good rice & salad. It seems they stopped using plastic to serve food in the evening, nice!
Very disappointed in the general Tao tofu. It was so sugary I was nauseous even though I did my best to peel off the breading & sauce. Not edible. They gave me a 10% discount on my next order at least
The tempeh burger was good but be aware it's a small piece of tempeh & a huge piece of tofu , not what's in the picture on the menu . The potatoes it came with were really good !
The veg sauté du jour was great except the onions were undercooked
The green beans sichuan were really good but it didn't say there's beef in them on the menu. If I knew I wouldn't have ordered them
The mapo tofu & the tofu braise with rice & salad were tasty
I came back again & had the cucumber salad, veggie poke bowl & peanut butter sauce tofu. All was delicious & it was very filling! I probably ordered too much this time 😋

A charming mix of a little bit of everything! Chinese food, but with cafe drink & pastry options for early birds. The decor is cozy, brightly lit by its huge windows & with power outlets if you want to do some light work. They have weekly specials that are ideal for a quick affordable meal.

The atmosphere is a bit off, the sticky table, the lighting, the design of menu, & even the font of the logo, they all makes me feel not interesting. Otherwise the coffee was good, but a bit expensive for such a place. The barista was managing all customers single handedly. Could be a great coffeeshop.
