Première & dernière visite pour moi.

J'ai commandé un chai latte en précisant clairement que je ne voulais absolument aucun sucre. On m'a quand même servi une boisson extrêmement sucrée. J'ai ensuite appris que le chai utilisé est en fait un sirop déjà transformé & sucré.

Dans ce cas, le personnel devrait informer les clients qu'il est impossible d'enlever le sucre avant de préparer la boisson, surtout quand le client insiste sur le fait qu'il veut quelque chose de complètement sans sucre.

J'ai dû faire jeter la boisson & repayer une autre consommation (un matcha latte, qui lui pouvait être fait sans sucre).

Très décevant comme expérience pour une première visite.

Je fréquente cet endroit depuis minimum 5 ans, l'ancien propriétaire & les anciennes serveuses étaient vraiment au top..les prix aussi étaient acceptables…. Aujourd'hui, c'était le choc pour moi, les prix ont doublé, service catastrophique, je ne pense pas y retourner.. tellement triste 😞

This cafe is a joke. Small latte is over 7$? Ok It's fine. But you don't even know how to steam the milk well? Milk & foam is total failure. Coffee is also not the best. It has to be better to be over 7$. Learn how to make good coffee again. Please go to a good cafe like Faro or Pista & learn their latte. If you wanna make money make good coffee at least.

I've been there since the beginning of the Longueuil Market place. Every time a good service & the coffee is just number one. Add to this, in summer time the terrace is a peaceful area to spend time.
