Purchased a pistachio croissant which cost a bomb ! Unfortunately it was pretty stale - hard & dry. Pretty sure it had been sitting there for days. I did go back & she was very sweet. Apologized & exchanged it for a freshly baked cookie & macron. Thank you

Dont waste your money & time. They give you old pastries that are harder than a rock. Absolutely terrible. Basically $10 for a useless croissant.

I was in Europe last week enjoying macarons from Laduree so my expectations were low but I was really pleasantly surprised - fresh, delicate flavours, well crafted & packaged. Service was quick & pleasant. These aren't cheap but they're worth the money & I'll stop by again next time I fly out of YUL.

Cute decorations & adorable packaging for the cookies & coffee. I tried the salted caramel cookie - it was sweet, but not quite buttery enough for my taste. The filter coffee was cold & lacked flavour. It would be wonderful if the taste of the desserts matched the care put into the packaging & store design.
