Une belle découverte digne du quartier qui regorge de restaurants qui se démarquent! Le menu est inventif tout en proposant des saveurs familières de la cuisine vietnamienne, coréenne, fusion (Poutine phò mérite un détour). L'entrée de pétoncle façon ceviche était bonne mais pas nécessairement un plat pour tous, c'est tout de même 20$ pour p-e 3 grosses pétoncles tranchées avec les autres ingrédients. L'entrée de poulet popcorn & rouleaux impériaux sont corrects. En revanche, les repas principaux se démarquent bien: bon rapport qualité-prix, belle portion, belle présentation. 17-21$ en moyenne, texture, saveur & couleur au rendez-vous. Ambiance branchée, jeunes au service bien courtois, terrasse chill, tables à l'intérieur ou au comptoir plus proche de l'action.
Okay, so we came here the same day after experiencing the magnificence of Casse-Croûte MangeDansMonHood, because we found out that this place was the sister restaurant & it was that damn good. Best choice ever. Asian fusion at its finest. Immaculate vibes, just like their other restaurant -full of hip hop, anime, & Asian pop culture. The lemonade smacked so hard we had to get another one to go. Their Tonki Burger, was an innovatively delicious take on a crispy chicken sandwich, which also hella smacked -pickled veggies & toppings on lock. The pho was just chef's kiss all around. They had in house hot sauce that was a tasteful step up from chili garlic & went so so well with the dish -&, super cool for people like my partner who eat less, they had a petit pho option. The creme brulee dessert was also top tier -perfect crust on top, leading to a pudding of sheer decadence. It tasted to me like there were hints of matcha -but either way, an amazing rendition. The service & our waitress were super chill, welcoming, & just so sweet. We can't wait to come back & try everything else on the menu. A shiny gem -for real.

Saw this spot trending all over social media & it was definitely worth the hype. We ordered the pho & based off the chef's recommendations we also got the kimchi poutine, tonki burger, & carpaccio. Despite initial skepticism about the blend of flavors, each dish surprised us with its explosion of taste & harmonious blend of cultures. The service was lightning-fast, & the staff's kindness & attentiveness added to the experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to try something new & unique.
Étant des fans de bouffe vietnamienne & de poutine, on profite de cette dernière journée de la poutine week pour tester celle de cette année & celles des années antérieures. La poutine Dac Biet est succulente! Je suis un fan de soupe pho & de poutine & ce plat était le parfait mélange de ces deux mets! Malheureusement, la poutine Mapo Tofu (celle de la poutine week de cette année) était un peu décevante.. Étant un grand fan de Mapo Tofu, j'ai trouvé qu'on s'éloignait un peu des saveurs originales de ce plat.. Aussi, si vous n'êtes pas trop habitué de manger épicé, faites attention. Nous sommes très habitués aux plats très épicés & nous avons quand même été surpris de l'intensité de l'ensemble de nos plats. De plus, les frites qu'on retrouve dans les poutines sont des frites congelées.. Dernier petit point négatif, le prix.. Les plats sont quand même assez complexes je comprends donc les prix élevés. Mais niveau boissons, on se croirait au Centre Bell, prix très élevés.. Ceci dit, ce fut une belle expérience culinaire. De plus, le décor est super & atypique! J'y retournerai pour goûter au reste de la carte
The food was okay, I've had better pho at less expensive spots. We found the portions small kinda too (judging multiple different meals for the group). On the up side, the appetizers were original & pretty good, & the deco is cool. All in all, it was a good enough experience, but I don't think I'm going back.
One of my favorite spots in Montreal! The perfect place to enjoy pho & other traditional dishes with a twist! The ambiance is 100%, the drinks are always good & please, please, please have a dessert there, they are amazing!
Les employé.es sont tou.tes vraiment accueillant.es & semblent adorer leur travaille. Le bouillon de la pho était plus qu'excellent! Je recommande à 10000%!!
