My drink had a fruitfly in it. Instead of giving me a new drink, she said'that's too bad' with a smile & still made me pay for it. Never even offered to get me a new one. Served the entrée with no plates. Also to add, my coffee had some muck stuck on the bottom of it which was an unpleasant surprise after having drank it. I wanted to throw up. Also no napkins were served with dessert & the server dissapeared for over 20 mins. Incredibly disappointed. Train your staff properly & wash your dishes.

Drove up from Ontario for a weekend trip & stumbled onto this place near Carrefour Laval, honestly wasn't expecting much but the steak frites blew me away. We got there around 7pm on a Friday & even though it was packed, the host sat us within ten minutes & the servers were genuinely friendly the whole night. The bearnaise sauce with the ribeye was rich without being heavy, & my partner's salmon dish looked just as good. Parking lot behind the building was easy to find too, which made the whole night stress free after a long day of driving around the city.

Why advertise that you're open until 12:00 a.m. if you're going to refuse service at 10:40 p.m.?

We drove 35 minutes specifically to come here for a burger, only to be told that we couldn't be served-even though there was still 1 hour & 20 minutes before the posted closing time.

This is completely unacceptable. If the kitchen stops serving food earlier than the advertised closing time, that needs to be clearly stated so customers can make an informed decision before driving all the way there.

When a business says it is open until midnight, customers reasonably expect to be able to order food well before midnight. Refusing a burger order at 10:40 p.m. with a posted closing time of 12:00 a.m. is extremely disappointing & a complete waste of our time.

Ate here about two months ago on a Sunday night & then Friday night. Philippe was the bartender both evenings, & fantastic. Made great recommendations on the menu, was comfortable speaking in English, & made recommendations on what to do for the week I was visiting. Great server, & I hope to see him on any return trips I make.

Super service, serveuse joviale, j'ai prit un grill Cheese cornichons & smoke meat.. trop de sauce, ça dégoulinait, pas agréable à manger. Ça reste quand même une place que j'aime bien

Our server was full of energy & incredibly friendly! Drinks & food were amazing, if I'm ever back in this city I'll definitely come back here!

The burger was burnt. I had a burger at the downtown location & it was excellent. We decided to order from here & the burger & the fries were burned. It was awful.
