Le service etait ordinaire. J'ai demander mon burger sans onion il yen avait. Ya fallu demander pour du ketchup (messemble une place de burger ça devrais nous être offert ou laissé sur la table). Le choix de musique etait un peu intense sur la terrasse & vraiment fort.
Je viens de Strasbourg en France nous avons découvert ce resto par hasard repas super bon Ambiance cool & chaleureuse plat bien servie pas l habitude en France Je conseil

The most disappointing food & service I've had in laval all weekend. Starting off with the food: ordered la boeuf & a club. Scummy af practices on the club, only putting ingredients on HALF of the sandwich, so it looks like a full one, but what you get is much less. Wife was super pissed. My burger was OK, the cheese sauce wasn't that great, really sticky & the veggies had no real flavour, the peppers had zero heat or kick. Fries were cold, oversalted & fairly low quality. Coleslaw was the worst prepped coleslaw, & shouldn't be called a coleslaw, it was literally veggies only, no mayo, no acid, nothing. Just... raw veggies. We were so confused. Service. Service was quick, but again, more scummy practices. The tip options are not listed in ascending order, rather, descending. So the first option is the biggest tip. Atmosphere: We got to our seat & it was dirty, unclean & clearly hadn't been washed since the last customer. Crumbs all over the seats, stains, etc. I won't be going back, & cannot recommend this place to eat at for anyone else.
Food took a long time to arrive. Fries were mushy & not hot, burgers were ok, also not hot. After 4 visits here service was sub par as usual. A&W food was better & hotter!
Love the atmosphere, it was on a Friday night the restaurant was a quite full but still the service was great & fast. Parking is easy to find there's plenty parking space.
Was able to eat with the kids on the terrasse outside, not inside. Great service like always. Food is always good, & cocktails are very tasty! Great with friends, & with kids, but outside!
Repas à bon goût. Présentation du plat raisonnable. Service raisonnable courtois. L'ambiance est bonne. Pour les amateurs de sports, il y a plusieurs téléviseurs répartis dans la salle a manger. Le niveau de bruit permet d'avoir une conversation avec les personnes à la table. La salle a manger a une ambiance rétro. Il y a également plusieurs peintures/graffiti artistique sur les murs. Cela peut être considéré obscène mais, de bon goût pour d'autres... à garder en tête que dans la toilette des hommes, l'urinoire est en forms de bouche de femme avec un rouge à lèvres de couleur rouge. C'est un restaurant axé sur le burger. Poutine, côtes levées & certains autres plats sont également disponibles. Le restaurant est bon pour un soirée en groupe/entre collègues. Pas une place pour un tête à tête romantique en couple. Le stationnement dans le Centropolis permet de laisser la voiture raisonnablement proche tôt en soirée la semaine.

Bon restaurant, nous avons apprécié chacunes de nos visites par le passé. Par contre, nous avons essayer dernièrement de réserver pour un groupe de près de 25 personnes pour un anniversaire, aucun support, rappel , ou réponses aux questions. Impossible de rejoindre au téléphone & réponses bâcler via message pour nos questions vis à vis les menus enfants. Résultats, nous irons ailleurs, car à moins de 2 semaines de l'anniversaire, ma belle -soeur s'est découragé & nous avons pu conclure en moins de 15m dans un autre endroit ...
