I recently ordered a smashed. Unfortunately, it was served with an overcooked patty & a lackluster slice of cheese. The portion of coleslaw was tiny, presented in what seemed to be a miniature candle holder. The red pickle, marinated in something unidentifiable, was inedible. To add to the disappointment, I had specifically requested a particular glass of wine to be served with my burger. It never arrived. After waiting, I had to ask another server to fetch mine. When she finally appeared, her excuse was that they had run out of the wine & were searching for more, hence the delay. This was the only request I made, to get a glass of wine with my burger & it was poorly handled. Not going back.
Beaucoup de choix très intéressants; nous y allons 3-4 fois par année pour changer de la routine des restaurants habituels. C'est vraiment bon, très beaux burgers avec belles garnitures fraîches, les prix sont adaptés aux produits, le service est excellent en tout temps. Par contre, la musique est trop forte dans les heures de repas surtout le midi & un autre problème généralisé de la chaîne est que les frites sont terriblement trop salées au point où je les laisse de côté. Je suis une personne plutôt salée que sucrée, mais c'est épouvantable la quantité de sel. Corrigez ce problème!

Rien à dire du service ni de l'ambiance! Mais par contre j'ai commander un mac & cheese extra gratinée & j'ai reçu mon plat & on dirait il ont mis une poignée fromage rapée & l'ont laissé fondre sur les pâtes & non au four.. pour un extra 3$ très déçu. Je n'ai pas oser le renvoyer dans la cuisine. Mais merci pour le service
Notre serveur Phil fut très efficace! La nourriture fut excellente & appréciée de tous! Le volume de la musique augmente de beaucoup passé approximativement 18h30-19h, mais nous étions tout de même capable de nous entendre à la table.
C'est bon oui, pas toujours constant par contre. Le menu est varié. L'ambiance est intéressante. J'aurais mis 4 étoiles normalement pour ce genre de resto, mais un gros irritant, les prix n'ont juste pas de sens, c'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'on a dans notre assiette. Ne prenez pas le changement pour poutine, c'est exagérément trop cher & elle est minuscule. En plus des taxes & pourboire, pour un diner, ça vous revient facilement entre 30 & 35$, en buvant de l'eau!
Le Burger à l'avocat est un vrai régale & les frites de patates douces 😉!! Prenez garde de demander un extra serviette de table car salissures garanties😅 !Les cocktails sont excellents & variées.
