We went there expecting an experience like other belle & la boeufs we been to before. but were told that our newly bought gift card for the store was unusable due to the fact that their payment system was « too old ». The manager did not bother to come offer an apology. We were later informed of a small, barely visible, written sign near the front of the store advertising that they could not take gift cards. Disappointing experience.

We always come to this branch when craving burgers or game days. Wednesdays are also great for the smash burger deal. As usual the food was great, fries well seasoned. Sarah was very friendly & helpful.

I went with my friend & ordered BBQ wings, but the waitress brought us Buffalo wings instead. We explained that we ordered BBQ, & neither of us likes spicy food. I'm also pregnant, so I can't eat Buffalo wings. She insisted that we had ordered them & refused to change them.

The burger meat was also not well done, even though we specifically asked for it that way.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

L'ambiance & le service étaient très bien c'est juste qu'à cause des travaux sur la rue Sainte Catherine ce n'est pas évident de si rendre 😳 La cuisine est excellent & mon Cheese burger je le recommande 👍

Bonne cuisine. J'aime les hamburgers, il y a beaucoup de choix, mais aussi les grosses salades-repas. Bon choix de liqueurs.
