Nous avons du attendre plus d'une heure pour notre bouteille de vin car il manquait de verre à vin... Du jamais vu dans un restaurant!!!! Ce n'était pas la faute de la serveuse... il n'y avait plus de verre disponible! Incompréhensible

Nous sommes allé au mardi tartare à volonté. C'était excellent comme toujours. Belle ambiance. Service impeccable. Notre serveur était souriant & accueillant. Il reconnaît ses clients & est très sympathique. Endroit propre & nourriture succulente.

Update 3rd of august 2024 Sad to say it was a much different experience since my birthday last year. We've went a few times since as well & the experience has been different everytime but yesterday was really the worst. For one, the quality of the establishment is lacking. The tables are sticky like if the varnish is due? My arms kept sticking to it & we could see old receipts burned into the wood. The booth cushions need to be replaced as the covers are torn & cracked. The Ac isnt working, it wasnt working last time either so all this combined made for an uncomfortable experience. As for the food. The entrees were good! But My wife experienced three different temperatures on her plate. Hot fries, room temperature steak & cold veggies. I ordered the duck breast & had to return it twice. Once because the breast & sauce were cold & again because the kitchen apparently just blasted it in the oven. Serving my a burning hot plate & a now overcooked & tough duck breast, for 43$. Third times the charm & thank god for our waitress who was understanding. After my wife was entirely done & drinking her coffee, i got my plate. Contrary to what our waiter last year led me to believe, they don't do anything for birthdays, which I found a little disappointing. Every place ive worked offered a small something & it was apparent that the waitress felt awkward telling us this. The service was good but i felt the kitchen was lacking in professionalism & seems to have changed since our previous visits, with how they treated the issue. Overall, i did not feel like valued customer, just another table to flip. I doubt we will be coming back. ----------------------- Previous review Came here for my birthday & i was blown away, maybe i should have told them it was a special day haha but regardless, the food was spectacular. I was on the fence between fish & chip or the coquille st Jacques déconstruit & the waiter, who was amazing, sad i didnt catch his name, highly suggested the Coquille. Im glad he did, the scallops & shrimps were perfectly cooked, juicy & tender. My wife order the bavette with chimichurri & again, the meat was on point medium-rare & juicy. I love the small detail that they make their own butter & play with flavours. & the cheesecake....YOOOOO THE CHEESECAKE!! Ridiculously good. The atmosphere was relaxed & i liked the old school rap in the background. The Service was quick & impeccable

Bonjour, Je tenais à exprimer notre sincère gratitude pour l'excellente expérience client que nous avons vécue lors de notre récente visite 24Juillet. Ce n'était pas notre première fois dans votre établissement, mais chaque visite semble surpasser la précédente. Un remerciement tout particulier à Valene. Son authenticité, sa gentillesse, & son service irréprochable ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience mémorable. Elle nous a bien conseillé sur le choix du vin, ajoutant une touche spéciale à notre repas. C'est ce niveau de service & de chaleur humaine qui fait toute la différence pour nous dans le choix de notre restaurant. Merci encore pour cette expérience exceptionnelle; nous sommes impatients de revenir bientôt. Merci

Nous sommes arrivé pour un excellent souper, nous avons placer la commande & 40 minutes plus tard on demande au serveur pourquoi on même pas reçu notre entrée & on s'est faits dire qu'il avait oublié de placer notre commande. Inacceptable pour un resto de cette qualité. Au revoir & à jamais.

La nourriture était passable pas la meilleure que j'ai été. Le service ultra long aucune attention pour de l'eau aucune visite a la table pour demander si nos assiettes étaient bien moi je crois pas retourner a cette endroit

Excellente bouffe (planches). Bon service. Cependant, les tables 2 places sont beaucoup trop rapprochées, aucune intimité. C'est le seul bémol.

Belle ambiance, serveuse à eu quelques difficultés à répondre au question par rapport au menu. & là nourriture est excellente. Ont va revenir certainement.

Un restaurant excellent en terme de nourriture ! Nous avons essayer ; tartare boeuf/ saumon * saumon étais meilleur même si je suis vendu boeuf La coquilles deconstruite & la poutine porc effiloché est un gros most pour nous !!
