Bistro l'Evidence welcomes you in a warm and intimate French-style Brasserie. Located in the heart of Montreal, on St-Denis Street between le Plateau Mont-Royal and the Latin Quarter, this is the perfect place to start the day with a breakfast of champions or to start the evening with quality flavors. L'Evidence offers a complete menu, a la carte as well as table d'hôte. We prepare traditional and healthy recipes with fresh products, regularly varying our table d'hôte based on market arrivals. Enjoy a fresh, original, contemporary cuisine whose variety will appeal to everyone. Our chefs pay special attention to the preparation of dishes that are on offered each day, to ensure that the culinary artworks mingled with the friendly atmosphere meet your expectations, both in terms of quantity and quality. C'est un vrai coup de coeur pour moi ce restaurant !! Très abordable, excellente cuisine (on a pris un tartare de saumon & une bavette en table d'hôte) & excellent service. On a pu profité du rabais de 15% sur présentation d'un billet de spectacle, donc un repas à 30$ par personne (en table d'hôte) taxes & pourboire inclus, c'est rare de nos jours. Je vous le recommande vivement !!!

Un petit resto de déjeuners au cadre chaleureux un peu rétro, calme un lundi matin (normal pour ce début de semaine). Déjeuner oeufs etc. standard dans mon cas avec de bonnes portions & un bon prix compte tenu des prix d'autres restos offrant des déjeuners.

The staff was excellent & very welcoming. During the later part of our delicious & very affordable meal they had a dance instruction class. Fortunately for us we really didn't mind but it could be quite intrusive.

J'ai choisi das le menu santé le déjeuner'Keto'. Franchement, dans ce resto, on ne sait pas ce que c'est que le regime keto! Ça doit très gras. Or, les oeufs étaient pochés & baignaient d'as eau, des fruits, surtout des bananes alors que ce régime demande très peu de glucides, le demi avocat était plein de nourriture, c'était presque pas mangeable
