I go mostly once a month with my senior lady. I am her caregiver. I feel frustrated that the handicap parking spot in often used by random people. Today a red sports car was parked in the spot, the Man was smoking a cigarette & had no idea that he was in this spot. Please make your signage more visible. Very difficult when someone really needs this spot. Please please fix thisView more
