On June 10, we visited this restaurant for dinner, & the experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived.
Although we did not have a reservation, we were greeted warmly & professionally by an extremely polite hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Her friendly attitude set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding evening.
Shortly afterward, we were assisted by the maître d'hôtel, a tall Italian gentleman whose professionalism, courtesy, & outgoing personality were truly remarkable. He went above & beyond to ensure we felt comfortable & valued as guests. Genuine hospitality can be difficult to find these days, but he delivered it effortlessly.
We were accompanied by our certified service dog, & there were absolutely no issues whatsoever. The staff handled the situation professionally & respectfully, making us feel completely at ease throughout our visit.
Once seated, the exceptional service continued. Every member of the team we interacted with was attentive, courteous, & eager to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. The level of service was impeccable from start to finish.
As for the food, it was simply delicious. Every dish was well prepared, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. It was clear that great care had gone into both the menu & the execution.
What stood out most was the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. It is rare to encounter a team that combines professionalism, efficiency, & genuine warmth so successfully.
This was an excellent dining experience, & we look forward to returning. A sincere thank you to the hostess, the maître d'hôtel, & the entire team for making our evening so enjoyable.

Dishes are picked up quickly without that'hovering' feeling.

Very affordable, quality price is excellent, food is very delicious, service impeccable, served by Audrey, she was amazing, highly recommended, it was my second time, & the quality & service remain excellent. Reservation is a must; this place is busy, busy, busy, especially Saturday nights

Mes expériences à L'Aurochs Steakhouse ont été, à plusieurs reprises, décevantes ... non pas en raison de la qualité des plats, mais plutôt à cause du service.
Pour un établissement qui se positionne comme un steakhouse haut de gamme, l'accueil & l'expérience client ne sont clairement pas au niveau attendu. Dès l'arrivée, l'ambiance est froide, peu engageante, & donne l'impression que la clientèle dérange plus qu'elle n'est valorisée.
Le service manque de chaleur, d'attention & de professionnalisme sur des éléments pourtant essentiels.
C'est d'autant plus regrettable que le lieu & le menu ont un réel potentiel. Toutefois, dans la restauration, c'est le service qui définit l'expérience globale & ici, il laisse une impression négative persistante.
Malgré plusieurs visites avec l'espoir d'une amélioration, le constat reste le même.
* Jeudi 2 avril vers 11 am ( RH / Propriétaires du Groupe ), regarder les caméras de votre salle à manger afin de constater). Nous avons souvent le même serveur qui à tjr l'air bête & peu intéresser. Aujourd'hui , malgré un resto peu remplie , il avait bcp plus de temps à mettre à parler de hockey avec les collègues que de m'apportez mon breuvage que j'ai attendu 10 minutes après qu'il nous aie servie notre soupe en entré qui fût tiède parce qu'il était en conversation & que mon Cooke pouvait attendre.
Il n'est jamais vraiment passé non plus pour voir si tout était à notre gout.
Hôtesse ( Zéro sourire ) & employés plus intéresser à parler près du bar.
Le seule point positif de ce resto est le Gérant M. Juan Hernandez qui maitrise clairement comment recevoir les gens. Dommage que le reste de l'équipe nivelé tjr l'expérience vers le bas quand M. Hernandez n'est pas sur le planché.
Au serveur(s) / Hôtesse : Aller voir un peu comment un expérience client ce déroule chez Maison Boulud ( Ritz ) , vous allez p-e apprendre un peu ce qu'est le savoir-être & le savoir vivre, & p-e augmentez votre revenus en ayant un peu plus de manières & de rigueur dans votre façons de faire vivre une expérience aux clients.
Vous m'avez perdu comme client ... je venais manger chaque fois ou ma mère venait me visiter à Montreal puisqu'elle souhaitait manger dans un resto près de l'Hotel ALT ou elle aime séjourner.
