For a more immersive experience, Kwizinn Vieux-Montréal offers a range of special events throughout the week. Enjoy jazz nights every Thursday from 6 to 9 pm, while Fridays and Saturdays feature local DJs spinning beats late into the night. Every Friday to Sunday, indulge in a delightful brunch from 11:30 am to 3 pm, where you can savour dishes like our Fried Chicken Sandwich with coconut-marinated chicken, maple syrup, pikliz rosé, or the Tropical Wrap filled with sautéed vegetables and a choice of shredded griot or braised beef. The menu also features our creamy 3 Cheeses Mac n’ Cheese, the flavourful vegetarian dish Grilled Eggplant Obe Ata, and the savoury Chef Lafaille's Griot with fried plantains and pikliz. Pou commencer le pikliz il on deux sortes & on a pu goûter à chacun, c'était vraiment un délice 10/10! Maintenant le acras végé pour moi c'était un 2/10 & pour mon mari ça passait donc 5/10. Les plats principaux, moi j'ai pris le gourmet burger c'était bien & j'avais déjà vu que sur les réseaux sociaux c'était un des plats les plus populaires alors je donne un 7 / 10 . Pour finir le poisson du jour mon mari la trouver mangeable mais sans plus. Il a été vraiment déçu & la noté 3/10. Sinon côté esthétique & ambiance c'était nice. C'est propre & c'est beau. Le service était correct. J'ai pris une boisson sans alcool & les saveurs y était 8/10. Au final je reviendrai peut être pour avoir la chance de goûter au plats basic tel que le grio , riz collé etc.
Je suis une cliente régulière de l'ancien kwiziin Verdun & je vais devenir une de celui du vieux Montréal .Magnifique restaurant ambiance & service impeccable. J'ai commandé les huîtres la mignonnette au lait coco ,calamansi & piment oiseau était délicieuse. Comme repas j'ai pris le griot , riz djondjon , sauce chalè & pikliz parfaitement exécuté comme toujours . Nouveau cocktail signature chumi chumi avec du bissap que j'ai vraiment adoré & toutouni qui était vraiment excellent aussi . Toujours un de mes coup de coeur de Montréal
This fusion restaurant is a MUST try! Very reasonable prices for Old Montreal, portions are very generous, service is outstanding & the food was beyond delicious. It breaks my heart that I live so far away & can't become a regular customer here. Yes, it's that good. Enjoy it while I dream about it from afar!
La salle est joliment décorée & la carte nous transporte dans les Antilles. Les plats sont goûteux & bien présentés. Nous avons attendu longtemps notre entrée mais le patron s'est confondu en excuses. Il est juste dommage que ce soir-là, une "DJ" diffusait sa musique à un niveau sonore horriblement élevé !
I recently visited this restaurant & was quite impressed with the atmosphere & the overall dining experience. The ambiance was welcoming, & the decor was thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The presentation of the food was also outstanding-each dish looked like a piece of art. However, when it comes to the taste & portion sizes, I was somewhat disappointed. While the food was visually appealing, it didn't quite deliver on flavor, especially considering the price point. The portions were on the smaller side, which left me wanting more, particularly given how much they charge. Overall, it's a nice spot for the ambiance & presentation, but there's room for improvement in terms of taste & value for money.
Mu husband & I had an amazing time. The food was very good, we ordered multiple times & the food was served promptly each time, the salad well balanced & had fresh ingredients, & the black bar tender preparing our drinks fave us a show of her craft, Amazing !!!
The new location in the old port is so beautiful & I really want to see this restaurant thrive ! However, please do not be afraid of seasoning ! Serve the dishes as they are supposed to taste like. Especially rice & mac & cheese who tend to be so disappointing when not well seasoned. Also, I think it would be great if hot sauce, salt & pepper were available/ accessible to customers in the restaurant. (I asked for hot sauce & was handed a large tabasco bottle with only 10 drops max in it) Thank you !
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant entre amis. Tout était excellent du service à l'ambiance super DJ (vendredi soir) & bien évidemment l'originalité des plats. Je le recommande sans hésiter !!
Ma découverte de l'été! L'ambiance, les saveurs, la musique! Tout était au RDV pour une soirée inoubliable! Quant au service, tout simplement au top! Un detour à faire, sans hésitation!!!
I loved this place. The food was amazing! The staff was very nice. The service was very slow, though, even though it wasn't a particularly busy night, & the music was a bit too intense for a restaurant. The food can be pretty expensive but there are still delicious & affordable options on the menu. Overall, a great experience.

Petit arrêt improvisé pour prendre une bonne bière avec des huîtres & frites à l'extérieur. Très bon & excellent service. J'y retournerai assurément pour un souper entre amis.🍻
