?I am a regular customer at this location, & without fail, Ziad & Othmane always put a genuine smile on my face. No matter how busy the shop gets or what kind of day I'm having, their incredible energy completely turns my mood around the second I walk through the door.
?The donuts are always fresh & delicious, but it's the top-tier hospitality from these two that truly sets this place apart. It is incredibly rare to find people who bring this level of authentic kindness, attentiveness, & effortless positivity to their work every single day. They don't just hand you an order-they make you feel genuinely welcome.
?To the management team reading this: you have two absolute powerhouses who know exactly how to look after your customers & elevate the entire experience. Keep up the phenomenal work, Ziad & Othmane.

i absolutely love this place i only come to this location for several reasons the girl who opens is the sweetest & the nicest i've seen her tag name & it says hanae she's absolutely nice & helpful her coffee tastes great not too sweet not bitter i always order a latte & a bagel she's one of the only ones that get them from the back when they aren't available , i love the atmosphere & the service from anyone that works evening too they are friendly & welcoming, i've had several bad interactions with some people that work in this store but what makes me come back is the friendly service from these ppl that i like & tbh if they aren't there i leave immediately!

Enjoyed my visit here. Couple of Krispy Kreme doughnuts & a chocolate latte which is terrific. Store was quiet when I arrived however, filled quickly with a dozen university kids who were on a hunt for doughnuts! Eatery was clean & I'd definitely return.

Le latte est bon, les donuts sont excellents pas trop gras malgré les apparences ! Par contre le café pourrait être plus confortable ! Il y a peu de fauteuils, & les tables sont assez sales ! Le personnel est correct mais pourrait largement améliorer son service à la clientèle !
