Used to love koryo in laval, we would drive 20min just for a food court restaurant. However, the owner changed & so most of the sides doesnt taste the same anymore. We used to always get the kim chi, the potatoes & the green beans & have a hard time choosing.

Meat stayed the same but the portion got smaller.

I'm saddened but i don't think we will be coming back just for this anymore.

Edit: To reply to koryo, i did mention laval. not sure what order number you are referring to, but i was talking about the korean ribs plate.

Although the food is very tasty, the portions of meat are disappointingly small. The container is filled with noodles & potatoes, but you're given only a tiny portion of beef. It creates the impression that the meal is padded with inexpensive sides rather than the main ingredient. While the flavors are good, the portioning leaves you feeling like you didn't get good value for your money.

Their service is great, food is BANGING, they give out samples as well. This place has been a staple for me since 2018 (when I discovered it). I LOVE their crispy slightly sweet potatoes, their noodles & salmon! My go to place!

Amazing experience & delicious food! I've been eating here for years, I keep coming back for more, & I'm always impressed & satisfied. The staff is amazing, so friendly, & generous. It's always a pleasure to be served & chat with them. The portions are big & prices are great. Their beef & chicken are so flavourful & juicy. & their potatoes are to die for!
