Très déçu de l'hôtesse à l'accueil, ainsi que le service de réservation au téléphone.

Nous sommes un groupe de 6 personnes & à trois reprises nous avons fait des réservations au téléphone & avons mentionné que nous voulions une table près des fenêtres à deux reprises nous avons étaient placés à la table d'entrée avec l'excuse que toutes les tables sont réservés.
Une autre fois ils ont perdus notre réservation, disons que ça part mal une soirée!

Bizarre les clients rentrer & l'hôtesse leurs demander vous êtes combien de personnes & elle les placer à furent & à mesure sans aucune réservation au préalable.

Vraiment désagréable comme comportement.

On penses que vous pourriez & devriez faire mieux comme accueil .

De tous les restaurants du genre que javais fréquenté, c'est le pire au niveau service. Aucune attention allouée au clients, aucune sympathie, aucun sens du service ressenti.
Vous avez beaucoup de travail à faire pour faire apprendre à votre staff comment on traite un client.
Outre que ça, si vous voulez servir du chicha au gens, mettez les dans un coin isolé comme ça vous dérangez pas les gens qui en fument pas, c'est un restaurant & non pas un café alors il ne faut pas obliger les gens à le sentir.

The food was quite good, very overpriced in my opinion. It was a long wait until the food came but it was worth it, everything was delicious. Only comment is we ordered Kibbeh but it came cold from the inside, seemed like it wasn't fully fried.
It was also quite hot inside the restaurant as there seemed to be no AC.
Overall a 7.5/10
