On va se dire la réalité !

Quand l'attente est si longue pour avoir une table, ça peut laisser présager qu'il manque d'efficacité dans le service. Mais la réalité des faits, quand la nourriture & le service sont excellents, il est tout simplement difficile d'avoir une table.

Évidemment, nous avions choisi la parfaite journée pour y aller sans réservation : la fête des Pères !!! Nous avons quand même été capables d'avoir une table en moins d'une demi-heure. On nous a assigné une table côté terrasse par l'hôte, qui était de ce fait même la propriétaire du restaurant.

Dû à l'achalandage & à l'événement, nous avons eu le temps de bien décortiquer le menu chargé qui proposait à la fois une belle variété de repas pour le déjeuner & le dîner, le tout à un prix abordable. Lorsqu'on a été prêts à commander, observant que notre serveuse n'était pas encore passée, Julian a su prendre l'initiative de nous servir, le tout fait avec charisme & une parfaite maîtrise de son menu. Aimable comme tout, il a su répondre à nos besoins & s'assurer qu'on soit servis dignement d'un 5🌟. Du début à la fin, il a su entretenir une énergie joviale & amusante, qui s'est conclue par une explosion de saveurs dans nos assiettes.

Pour conclure, le déplacement & l'attente en ont amplement valu la chandelle !

Amazing service & atmosphere. I wanted the perfect restaurant for my birthday supper with my friends & I knew K73 Laval was where it had to take place. Our waiter, Julian, took care of all our needs. Amazing young guy who always had a smile, which made our night even more special!

Celebrated Mother's Day at Kitchen 73 & reservation was honored in a reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious & fairly priced. The service truly stood out. Julian, our waiter, was exceptional. He was friendly, very attentive & always smiling. Thank you Julian for your excellent service. Highly recommend!
