J'ai pris le Ramen Shoyu brûlé, beaucoup trop salé. Pourtant j'aime quand c'est salé, mais là pas possible de terminer le bouillon. Ça ressemblait pas au bouillon shoyu mais plustôt à un tonkostu (avec un ajout de soya). Malgré tout le goût était savoureux, nouilles bonnes mais viande pas très bonne (trop dure). Very tasty ramen & the service was extremely quick & attentive during lunch service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price, which is a bit high. There could have been a bit more tofu as well, but it was delicious!View more
