Their $10 ramen from 11am-2pm 7 days a week is a great deal. The portions of noodles may not be enough for everyone, but i would say it's above average size, more noodles than I AM PHO south shore, that's beyond certain
The quality of service depends on the time of the day you go, or depending if u go with daytime or supper time. Usually its decent to very good.
You usually order ramen on a paper & hand them the paper
Ramen wise, i would say I recommend it to everyone who likes ramen or who is a foodie! 😄
Their buffet is available both lunch & supper on weeekdays. Korean bbq not available on weekend during lunch time.. Ramen is available 7 days a week from 11am to 2pm. Price of lunch or supper bbq is same price for weekdays. & no, i font work for them. I just did my research before posting my review because i like to get these info to eat with friends & family :)
Lots of parking daytime but evening is harder to find parking.
I usually come here for the bbq but today, I tried their new ramen lunch menu & it was better than what I expected. Good portion & the taste overall was amazing for the price of 10$. Would definitely comeback another lunch day
The service was exceptional & quick, the food was great for an ayce.. but the room was quite noisy; I couldn't even hear the music that was playing with the tables around us talking so loudly! Their spicy marinated pork & chicken bulgogi were my favorites ❤?
Update: I came back today after seeing their ad on Facebook, tried the ramen 🍜 spicy one was good, definitely on par with other ramen shops in the area.. & the price is very low for a generous portion.
Kimpo recently added a ramen menu for lunch, & I really liked it. The price is fair, the atmosphere is nice, & it's in a good location. Perfect for a quick lunch with some tasty Japanese snacks.
Great atmosphere, love this place. The workers are polite & friendly though forgetting about my elder sister's birthday cake & singing several times even though asking politely each time. Maybe it's not something they do, not sure. Cheesecake was also rock hard, pieces were chipping off. Way she goes.

Other than that, raw meats to cook were great, from what my bro in law picked. The only thing that wasn't my cup o tea was the orange sausages, had almost a chemical flavor, though that's just my personal judgement.

The Sushi, Spring rolls, Sashimi, Sticky rice, General Taõ, Crispy Beef, Pad Thai, Steamed Oiled Vegetables. All foods worth noting, trying. They hit your pallet nice, combinations of salt & sweet flavor, aromas, are a great touch to this Korean BBQ Exquisite Experience.

Though pricey if paying for a full group (5-6 people) it's worth it if you come out bloated, just make sure not to waste! Aside, if it's a date night, definitely well worth the stopping by with your beloved partner, friends or Family.
Great service, great foods, great price.
No wonder they open so many branches!
I guess this is how they keep their food so fresh & big portions!
Definitely with come back!
Meats are well seasoned, not cheap to customers.
Recommend: spicy pork soup
All the meat
& their new popcorn chicken, my kid loved it!
Dining at Kimpo BBQ Coréen & Sushi in Brossard was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a modern, spacious, & comfortable atmosphere perfect for both small groups & casual dinners.
We ordered a good mix of Korean BBQ & sushi, & everything was fresh & well prepared. The meats cooked beautifully on the grill, tender & flavorful, while the seafood was just as good fresh, lightly seasoned, & perfectly textured. The mix of sides & vegetables complemented everything nicely without feeling heavy.
The sauces really tied it all together. Each one had its own character the sesame oil blend was smooth & nutty, the ssamjang added a great kick.
We also tried a few cooked dishes & skewers from the kitchen, which came out hot, well-seasoned, & nicely presented.
To finish off the meal, the green tea ice cream dessert was refreshing & not too sweet a great way to end the evening.
Mr. Tom from the staff attended us , added to the experience. He greeted us warmly & found us a spot right away. Since it was our first visit, he walked us through the menu offering helpful suggestions & explaining how everything worked. Throughout the meal, he stopped for checking on how things were going, & making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. His attention & approach made the evening feel effortless & well taken care of.
Parking was easy & convenient, with plenty of space available right by the entrance. The overall meal felt fairly priced for the quality & variety offered you can expect to spend around $65-$80 per person, including tax & tip. If you add a few drinks or cocktails, the total might run a bit higher, but still well worth it for the experience.
I'd gladly visit again & recommend to friends & family.
Thanks.
Food was great. Service was below average. Way over priced!!! Our waiter was very slow & the food took a lot of time to get to our table. Something i did not like is there was a 15% service fee applied on the bill & then when you pay there is a tip option on the machine?!
I paid more than 80$ for 1 person who had 1 beer.
The service was excellent, with our waitress being very friendly & attentive, although a bit slow. However, the food didn't meet our expectations given the price.
The bill already includes a 15% service charge, & you can decide whether to leave a tip for the waitress.
For a party of five, we paid approximately $370.
With a reservation, the waiting time was not too long.
When my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant permanently closed, I was defeated. I grieved for 5 days & 5 nights until I found this restaurant. I've been here twice already. 5 stars across the board. The food is well seasoned, the staff is very kind, attentive & professional. The atmosphere is inviting & dimly lit. The sushi is amazing, especially the torched nigiri *chef's kiss*. The porc side ribs & lamb on sweker are delicious & is frequently ordered when I'm here.
Parking is easy & free. You can get a reservation for 2 hours & to be honest, I am usually cutting it thin. Price is a bit expensive & they automatically add a 15% tip. You can certainly add more though, the staff is amazing. I would like to see ramen on the menu, & squid/calamari for the grill as well. I have yet to leave disappointed & will definitely be back.
Sushi & sashimi are low quality fish. Corean BBQ is average. For supper during the week, its 70$ tax & tips included which makes it the most expensive all you can eat in montreal. The price does not justify the quality. Their tuna sashimi tastes like rubber.
The crazy part is they're automatically charge you the 15% tips even if you are dining alone then they ask if if you want to tip more.
Nothing I had their was good enough to say that it's worth coming back for & paying that amount. For that price, it's better to go to a la carte
Food: 1/5 most of the meats we ordered were just dry & lacked flavour. We also ordered general tao, which smelt like vinegar. Service 4/5 : service was great, but the only that is questionable is the automatic tipping. What happens if someone is not impressed with service? Another thing to mention is the price, I paid 63$ for the meal. Very expensive... Atmosphere: No complaints!
Food was really good & the service was fast & friendly! I would definitely go again. We went on a Thursday & price was 48.99$+tx per adult plus tip.
What a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant which is just near our home! Decided last minute to dine out & celebrate my birthday & I'm glad I did! Kimpo is so far the best Korean BBQ/Sushi buffet restaurant we've been to here in Montreal/South Shore Food: Vast selection from different meats, to delicious cooked food, to the fresh sushi. You can tell that they serve high quality food. Atmosphere: The place is well decorated, very clean & immaculate. The decors are beautiful & the place is Instagram worthy. The tables are well spaced as well. & the toilets are impeccably clean as well Service: Everyone is friendly & always smiling! Bogdan welcomed us warmly, & took us through the menu since it's our first time. He's very patient & helpful. Alex was always quick to serve our order. & Hanli is very attentive to our needs. & the best part is, they all sang & greeted me a happy birthday & even served me a cake with sparklers! Price: All I can say is that It's all worth it! Thank you Bogdan, Alex & Hanli! Excellent service, along with a beautiful restaurant & delicious food, we will definitely come back!
So first & foremost: This place is AMAZING. Food: The food quality was impeccable. The meat was unbelievably tender, & you can tell by the cuts that they are really good. The sushis are also very well made & taste quite fresh. In my opinion, this place beats a lot of sushi restaurants despite this place being a KBBQ. There is just nothing else to say besides the fact that it's just really good! Service: Wonderful kind staff & they are very efficient! We ordered so many things at once, & they brought our order within 5-10 minutes max (we ordered at least 50 items at once every time, including sushis 😅) Price: Slightly above average KBBQ price (45,99$/adult from Mondays-Thursdays) but very worth the price compared to KBBQs in Montreal. The price makes it more worth as the quality of the food makes up for it, while a lot of KBBQ in Montreal serves average quality food despite their high prices. (Hope that made sense) Important: 15% tips are automatically added onto the bill per person, regardless of the number of people. Atmosphere: I'm not good at describing atmosphere, but I thought it was cozy & nice. The equipment was clean & the decor was very nice. The bathrooms were also very neat & clean... & it smells pleasant, too! (I think it was those wall febreeze that makes a room smell nice in the end) Overall: Amazing, definitely worth visiting & giving it a try. I would definitely come back!
Service was really slow but overall i think its just overhyped. This was not all that for the price & food.
Good quality & good service. The price is a bit high & they include 15% tip, but ask for extra tip if you wish for the waiter, which I find too much.
We absolutely loved this place, the price was competitive & the servers were so quick! All the meat was very fresh & seasoned beautifully. Even the sushi was delicious.
