We had tuna & salmon rolls that were mostly rice & barely any fish. I've had way better rolls elsewhere ….
What I presume to be the owner or manager provided terrible service, running around the restaurant as if it was a full house - in fact, there was one other table occupied, & very few to go orders. Meanwhile, we had no place settings & waited forever to get our food.
Finally, the teriyaki entrees were very expensive & didn't come with anything besides rice (many restaurants include other items in a bento box, etc)
I wouldn't return.

Tres aimables. Service rapide, (13h) arrangeants pour les restrictions allimentaires, & les sushi sont vraiment excelents. Ca fait longtemps que j en cherchais des comme ca. Le poissons est frais est savoureux. J y retournerai avec des amis cette fois assise en salle. ( j ai pris a emporter)
I had such a lovely experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the service. The waiter said their name was Vinh.
He made sure everything was perfect, even tho he was a lot overwhelmed by some guys that was asking for to much stuff.
Honestly, it's rare to get this kind of genuine, thoughtful service these days. I'll definitely be coming back because of him.
Les sushis n'ont rien d'exceptionnel, le service était très très décevant on a dû demander pour avoir de l'eau, des baguettes, de la sauce soya, etc. Le jeune serveur s'est trompé dans ma commande & lorsque je lui ai gentiment mentionné il semblait complètement dépourvu.
Bref pas le résultat que je pensais avoir basé sur la note du resto.
Belle découverte car tout était parfait nourriture, service, ambiance. Nous avons pris la soupe won ton, rouleau impériaux & sushi Signature Transparency & tout était délicieux. Les prix sont abordables.

I was happy to find the quality of the food here still amazing after 7 months. The prices are still as intimidating as ever & I was a bit surprised at first to see that their gourmet combo was for take out only but they allowed us to order it for dine in as well. Once again, the quality of the ingredients were outstanding. They were fresh, genereous in size & skillfully prepared. In fact, every pieces of sushi are much bigger than others from other sushi restaurants, it took half the pieces to get me full. The service however was not the best. The waitress was respectful but she seemed a bit impatient & not that friendly or welcoming. We did go in the restaurant 45 mins before closing so that might be why she wasn't as enthusiastic to serve our table.
(7 months ago) I tried their gourmet combo & I have to say that I find a 45$ combo for one person to be quite expensive. I would have liked to see a few more unique or expensive cuts for the nigiri or the sashimi considering the price. Still, I was not disappointed by the food & it was truly outstanding. I really enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients, the play in texture in the bigger roll & my favourite piece, the fresh scallop sushi. All the ingredients are splendid which makes their sushi that much better than a lot of other restaurants. Furthermore, their soya sauce has a flawless amount of saltiness & umami flavours to me. It's at the point where it doesn't overpower the flavours of the ingredients themselves & adds a layer of depth to the food which was terrific. I do feel like a little bit more sweetness would be even better but then it does come down to personal preferences. I am also delighted to see that they separated the mayo instead of putting it all over the sushi like plenty of other restaurants which ruins the flavours for me. Personally, I woupd love to eat more of that gourmet combo but it is difficult at that price. I definitely want to try their less expensive combos when I have the chance to see if the quality is also on par which their gourmet one.
