Had a lovely first experience, my husband & I.

We had the Foul (lemon), Fatteh (eggplant) & falafel (4 pieces).

Everything tasted very fresh, balanced & looked beautiful.

I've never been a fan of falafel (always too dry for my taste), but these were quite something else: They were perfectly crunchy on the outside yet retained a satisfying moistness I've never encountered before. They probably have their unsusual size an coin shape to thank for the evenness of their cooking.

The Foul looked & tasted stunning.

As for the Fatteh, the creaminess of the yogurt & chickpeas contrasted beautifuly with the crispiness of the pita chips & fried eggplant.

We'll make sure to stop by again.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous dégustons leur cuisine. C'est très bon. C'est frais. Nous avons goûté à la plupart des plats puisque nous étions plusieurs & que nous avons partagé. Je recommande fortement de faire cette expérience culinaire.
