I've been a client since the doors opened, & order every 2 weeks. I ordered for my birthday, & there were items missing, the instructions were not followed on both sandwiches, & the poutine was not edible as the fries were not cooked. Whole order was incorrect/or not edible.

I spoke with Ali immediately after receiving our order & told him the situation, & asked that we have our regular order complementary to which I understood we came to an agreement.

I called today (exactly two weeks later) just to confirm that we'd be picking up our complementary meal - that quickly changed to 15$ off the next order - & then when he called he offered 50%. I'm sorry, but as a client that orders there regularly - his response was'I never see you' what a lack of professionalism?!? that's because we don't live close by anymore & STILL continue to order from this business every two weeks.

It's too bad that Jaqueline & her husband are no longer the owners because ever since Ali took over, the food quality has gone down & THE FIRST TIME we make a complaint, he argues & says he's never seen me. Alright buddy, congrats on losing a longtime customer. I wish you the day that you deserve 👏🏻

This is our go-to spot for kebab in Laval. However, I don't recommend getting the filet mignon sandwich. On two separate occasions, I've received the sandwich with beef & kafta meat inside.

Excellent service , l'employée du nom de Sonia m'a donné un super service ! De très belle propositions , elle m'a conseiller un sandwich shish taouk au pain villageois & c'est vraimment TRÈS BON !!!! Je recommande ! Excellent service & très bonne nourriture 💯💯💯✅✅

Amazing food! I would even go as far as saying the best Shishtaouk sandwish or Chicken Shawarma sandwich around. I have tried many different places & most do not compare. Good job!

I used to really enjoy going to this place because it's a nice spot but the food is not good anymore. The Kafta is nothing special & their poutine is way too salty, also my pita sandwich was collapsing with that garlic sauce that ONLY tastes the acidic part of garlic. I remember the merguez was fine though.

Très belle expérience ! Bel accueil ! Nous nous sommes régalés en famille !! Je recommande fortement il faut essayer & vous allez l'adopter sans aucun doute!! C'est le meilleur restaurant de mets libanais & leur sandwich de Shawarma & shish taouk est le numéro 1 au Québec ,j'ai jamais manger un sandwich aussi délicieux . Trés génereux Nous avons essayé le sandwich Saj shawarma & Saj Shish taouk .les accompagnement sont aussi un vrai délice. Une superbe découverte ,le service est trés professionnel.

Fisrt time here & was reall happy with the food, service & the staff. We ordered a Chawarma Trio, Potaoes, & drink, with a Shishtaouk Sandwich, both on Saj. Was very tasty. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. Plenty of seating & parking. The restaurant also has a vast menu for catering & family meals. Can't wait to go back.
