Went by on a Saturday at 5pm without a reservation & was immediately seated without needed to wait. The food was very fresh & arrived quickly. One of the best all you can eat experiences I've had in Montreal.

Place doesn't have too much sitting space, so service is super fast. All the food is fresh & has amazing taste. Kids friendly, at some ages kids eat for free.
One of the best all you can sushi in downtown Montreal. The food is always fresh & delicious. The service is inconsistent, sometimes they are really quick & attentive & sometimes they are extremely slow & careless. It just depends on your luck that day. But if you are craving some sashimi salmon, spicy salmon sushi or makis you can go wrong with K2.

I have visited K2+ Bistro seven times, & each experience has been consistently excellent. The food is always fresh & flavorful, without being overly spicy, greasy, or salty-just perfectly balanced. The wide variety of sushi types on the menu offers something for everyone, with every dish tasting wonderful & prepared with great attention to detail. The kitchen truly excels in turning sushi-making into an art form, which is especially impressive for an all-you-can-eat, Westernized sushi restaurant. The staff are always hardworking, respectful, & ensure the service is outstanding, enhancing the dining experience. The quality of the sushi, combined with the attentiveness of the employees, has exceeded my expectations every time. I'm thoroughly satisfied with each visit & highly recommend K2+ Bistro for a reliable & enjoyable sushi experience!
We went there with friends on a Friday night. We were well greeted at the door, staff was friendly & accomodating. The restaurant has a nice japanese vibe to it & cool authentic decor. As for the cleansiness part, this is where it lost its stars since the restaurant had a horrible moldy smell & the kitchen was very dirty & crowded. After seeing this we were hesitant to order raw food. The bathrooms are very dirty & old. The sushi was not fresh, the avocado was brownish in them & even the lettuce has old tips in the rolls. We ordered fried tempura sushi, the fried part was not fresh & hard to bite on. Unfortunately, 2 of our friends got food poisoning the same night.

I was impressed by how fast they served our orders without compromising on quality. As a bonus, I was fascinated to learn about the rich history of K2+ Bistro. Established in Montreal, this sushi haven has been serving delectable Japanese cuisine for years, earning a well-deserved reputation for excellence in both food & service. Overall, my dining experience at K2+ Bistro was nothing short of fantastic. Well, it wasn't my first time here, but the experiences were different. The first time, we were on the ground floor, the waiters were friendly, the food was served quickly, & the atmosphere was nice with fresh food. There were six of us. The second time, we were four people & seated upstairs. The waiters were not friendly. We were only there for an hour & a half, & they asked us to leave. Orders were very slow; they brought dessert first & then the sushi tray! The food was good, but it made me hesitant about my future choices. The photos clearly show the differences. In the first experience, all orders were served together, & everything was good. In the second experience, the orders were very slow, & they took a long time to serve, which made us not enjoy the food. I just wondered why we tipped for service we didn't receive :))
I just didn't like the food that much. I would think of other all-you-can-eat sushi places to go before that one. The decoration looked really nice & the service was quick, but that's the thing, I felt like sushi weren't the freshest. The rice was breaking & was not squishy warm like fresh rice. The taste of the fish was not flavourful. It was even on the colder side since it was probably frozen before (not fresh). I ordered sashimi but never received it. Some of the water cups were oily/dirty when we arrived. I will sadly not go again.
