Report inappropriate review or replies

"First of all, our waiter made us feel very uncomfortable... Secondly, as we finished eating and paid at 10pm, we were refused access to the washrooms!? because "it was just cleaned for closure" which is at 11pm... what the?! As we were just trying to understand why we couldn't go, a waiter or manager came up to us with nothing else but an attitude...."
