I visited Jugo Juice during my trip from Victoria to Montreal, & it was a great experience. My friend recommended it, so we tried the peanut butter protein smoothie, the chicken avocado wrap, & a smoothie bowl. Everything was fresh & delicious. My friend & i went to get smoothies. The barista had a very unwelcoming attitude & was completely rude & dismissive. I asked for a small format of the chocolate & peanut butter smoothie, where he directly says'no, we do not do small formats of the protein smoothies' (i did not ask for a protein smoothie).. I then asked to replace the almond milk with coconut milk, & that is where he fails to tell me that the chocolate in the smoothie comes from the almond milk, which resulted in me having a coconut peanut butter smoothie (tasteless).
My friend ordered the summer strawberry smoothie & had unblended fruits for half of her smoothie. Very unpleasant experience overall. We felt very disrespected by the server.View more
