The most sublime flavours are incorporated in their meals in such a daring way, & it works beautifully. Lovely ambiance, amazing cocktails & the food is refined & creative. Special thank you to Juan & Valentin that made our night unforgettable. The speakeasy downstairs is out of this world too, definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful place to enjoy a great meal (lamb was delicious & the salmon tartare amazing), great cocktails along with the perfect ambiance & music! Didn't get to stay until the place turns into the club vibe but heard the party went on so next time I'm staying! Our host Wally Valentino was attentive to every details on making sure our evening at Restaurant Sauvage was perfect & it was!

Outstanding service - our waiter was very polite, friendly, & informative. Food was delicious, atmosphere was cool. The music selection was good & matched the vibe & atmosphere well but was a little bit too loud, making conversation a bit challenging at times. Apart from that it was excellent! They participated in the Montreal a Table event, & my wife & I enjoyed their price fixe menu very much. Wine list was limited but well curated. We had an $85 French bottle from Bordeaux that was delicious. Wife had a "Midnight in Montreal" cocktail that she liked very much.

If you guys want to eat a good meal & have a great time, it's the place to be! The staff was very welcoming. The food was good also cocktails! The club part was nice. Recommend this place :)

J'ai adoré l'expérience. On m'a conseillé moi & ma blonde pour les cocktails & le vin & nous avons été ravi car c'était à notre goût. Nous avons pris le type de table d'hôte chacun des plats étaient excellent ! Bon service & bon prix pour l'ensemble du souper. Merci beaucoup.

I was at Sauvage for dinner on Saturday in the Green room. It was very elegant & more private. The employees in the Green room were very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu & cocktails. The food was delicious. I had the Mezze starter & it was very tasty. I also had the salmon tartare with fries which I believe were sprinkled with paprika. The portion was very good but most important is that the food had flavor. My friend had the roasted chicken. The thing with chicken is that it can be overcooked & it becomes dry. Not at Sauvage, the chicken was perfectly cooked & juicy. After diner, we went upstairs to dance the night away. I strongly recommend the food & the Green room.

Si tu n'es pas prêt à dépenser ne viens pas dans ce restaurant. Il est chic & beau & la nourriture est excellente. Les cocktails sont excellents. Je vous conseille de bien vous habiller si vous comptez y aller. Très belle expérience la Green room très belle ambiance nous avons adoré. Le service aussi excellent!! Gabriel connaît très bien son métier. Je vais y retourner c'est certain!! Merci beaucoup pour une excellente soirée même le club en haut après était magnifique le dj est très bon & il est varié & l'ambiance est vivante. Je le recommande c'est certain!!!

Menu 3 plats imposes pour les groupes de plus de 8 personnes mais nous n'avons jamais entire dessert après 3h a table. Nous avons attendu 45 min pour les cocktails qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Pas de place pour danser. Autres Clients énervés car ils attendent trop de temps pour que leur bouteilles soient servis. Bref je ne recommande vraiment pas

Nourriture bonne (la cuisson du filet mignon n'était pas celle demandée)
par contre nous avons eu un très mauvais service. Très long pour les cocktails & le dessert. Ils nous ont fait changer de table durant le repas car ils avaient mal remplis leurs réservations.
Ambiance ok on comprend bien le concept.

Super ambiance style bar lounge, belle décoration & les cocktails sont très bons. La nourriture est bonne aussi mais il faut noter que les accompagnements ne sont pas inclus avec les plats, dont les prix sont déjà élevés.
