"Very rude old lady with no eyebrows, white hair (and clearly no husband) at the front. Felt like she didn't want us there and she kept saying we were wrong for calling the medium size... "medium". There is three size, we said medium and she answered "We don't have medium." then said something like there is this, this and this. She really wasn't..."
