Went here for after hours & had a good time. The DJ was great. She knew exactly how to please her crowd. Drinks are good & made fast. The staff is really nice & welcoming. Best part is underground parking just a few steps away.
Je tiens à partager mon expérience, qui a été globalement très décevante.
Nous sommes venus à deux dans le but de profiter des cocktails. L'accueil initial était chaleureux, ce qui laissait présager une bonne soirée. Malheureusement, la situation a rapidement pris une tournure étrange.
La serveuse, sympathique au départ, a commencé à faire des allusions déplacées pour que nous lui offrions un verre, avec des remarques du type « je commence à avoir soif les garçons ». Sur le moment, nous avons accepté & lui avons payé un cocktail.
Cependant, ce comportement s'est répété à plusieurs reprises. Cette insistance a rendu l'expérience malaisante & peu professionnelle. Ce n'est pas au client de subir ce type de pression.
À la fin, l'addition s'élevait à près de 300 $. Mon collègue a laissé un pourboire, mais pour ma part, j'ai choisi de ne pas en laisser en raison du service que je n'ai pas apprécié.
La situation a alors empiré : la serveuse m'a directement confronté pour demander pourquoi je ne laissais pas de tip. Suite à ma réponse honnête, elle a appelé le manager. Celui-ci est intervenu avec une attitude intimidante, en insistant sur le fait qu'au Québec, il faut laisser un pourboire.
Je tiens à rappeler que le pourboire n'est pas obligatoire, surtout lorsque le service est jugé inapproprié.
Être confronté & presque réprimandé pour ne pas avoir laissé de tip, après une expérience déjà inconfortable, est totalement inacceptable.

DJ needs to read the room … I ask him to play some reggaeton some versatile music cause the early 200's vibe was dragging out nobody dancing. Just standing still bopping heads. PLAY SOME BAD BUNNY SO PPL CAN DANCE
Pedro was absolutely amazing, & we absolutely appreciated him ! Visiting from Ottawa, & will definitely make this a spot I frequent whenever im here, due to his generosity !
We had gone for my friends birthday supper - & it easily gets a 5⭐?. I was equally impressed that they were able to accommodate our group of 20 given the size of the place; but it was very comfortable. The food is insanely good - super tasty. The music is great. The service was good. The vibes were good. I would strongly recommend a visit to this place - the food alone makes it worth it.
Le Jiao est un restaurant avec une très belle ambiance. La nourriture est très bonne, les boissons sont excellentes & le service est au rendez-vous. Une très bonne adresse pour passer un bon moment.
Food is fine, but these guys don't care about their neighbours. Music is okay on weekends, but it so insanely loud during the week. Sunday -Thursday is just unbearably loud. I can't imagine setting foot in that place & actually giving them money for anything. Any place that doesn't value their neighbourhood is not worth their weight in salt. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Great food & awesome atmosphere.
Really noce setting if going with a group or on a date. Tasty cocktails & great food, only downside was the busboy wanting to clear tables (even though we were discussing, having a great time, & the restaurant was empty).

J'adore ce restaurant! J'y suis allée 2 fois & c'est toujours une super expérience. La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, le staff est incroyablement gentil & accueillant, & l'ambiance est juste parfaite. La musique est bonne, l'endroit est cozy & on s'y sent bien dès qu'on entre. Je le recommande à 100 %, c'est devenu un de mes spots préférés à Montréal.
