I think this cafe is not as popular as second cup was, & it's a shame. The place is clean, well maintained & they did some upgrades to finishing within last year or so.
The person working in the cafe is extremely kind & caring.
Coffee is always good, & they added pancakes recently. Banana pudding was very very good & available in the morning.
I'd like to hype it up a bit more, very sweet spot & is growing on me. Highly recommend for all to come out & try it out at least once! It's a warm hug amid the university stress
Loved the matcha at this place & the service was amazing. A regular customer & was never disappointed, he also gave us a sample of dessert & it was really good!

Very nice new owner! He's made lots of new improvements to the java u. The sandwich I had was great & so was the coffee. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at the java u as a franchise. He made my friend & I a sampling of the new mini pancakes with added toppings that are becoming available at this location. They were amazing! A must try if you are in the area!
I got a peach-lemon drink that was refreshing, well-balanced, & delicious. The seller was very kind & friendly, & we had a great conversation about Montreal & Toronto. I'll definitely try their other drinks in Toronto.
