Passable, but something seems to have changed. Maybe in management? Their stereo has broken or who knows what, but the solution was to crank up the volume on the mounted TV & play an AI jazz channel. I guess the thinking was that it's'good enough' however, it's also too loud to sit next to. Everyone sits on the other side of the shop! My flat white was burnt. Best of all, the bathroom had no paper products. At all. Fun times! It just feels like nobody cares.

Great location, the staff was friendly & fast with the service plus its located on the main street of cote-des-neiges which makes it even better to reach that it be by walk or car & the quality of their coffee was simply great.
