"Paid for 6 people and the survey result of that experience is: Food is terrible to ok. Service is a foreign word to Jacopo staff. Ambiance is more tavern and not the good kind. Honestly, after the terrible to ok food and absent service, I have to question all of the positive reviews they have received. Maybe some are fake reviews?"
