Cliente du Jack depuis des années, l'ambiance est toujours géniale! Malheureusement, ma dernière visite était "correct"... la serveuse n'était pas vraiment présente, beaucoup de gras dans la pièce de viande comparativement à d'habitude. Nous aimons le Jack, mais cette dernière visite nous a refroidi. En vous souhaitant du succès dans le futur.
The service was poor, seems like the waitress had no experience, the dinning area was cold. We waited longer for the dessert than the main meal & there was less people to serve at the tables. The invoicing took 15 minutes & we waited with our jackets on since we were too cold.
On était là pour un souper de job nous étions 10. Le service de Laurianne était excellent. & l'organisation de Karolanne vraiment parfait du début à la fin. Une belle soirée.
Nous étions un groupe, nous avions déterminé nos plats d'avance. La table a été disponible 30 minutes en retard & aucune personne a obtenu le dessert qui était pourtant inclus dans notre table d'hôte.

Went this for company Christmas party. The food was good, although portion could've been better, especially for the entre. The entree was smoked salmon, it literally had 3 tinies pieces of salmon without anything else on it. Do NOT order that, I ate it so fast that I forgot to take pictures. I had the steak as main dish, the portions were not enormous but was big enough to be filling. Taste wise nothing amazing but not terrible either. The steak itself was well cooked, medium-rare. Service, depends... Our waitress was rarely seen the whole night, I could not find her to order drinks, & she was the only one accepting the drink vouchers... On the other hand, the bartender was amazing! Atmosphere was good, the club vibe was very nice, very good turnout of crowd & the music was good! One complaint, the place smelled like moldy cheese near the bar... & for the whole night, it smelled like someone was walking around dropping bombs, as we often had a whiff of fart... We suspected one of the waitress... Overall good atmosphere for a club/bar. Would not go there for food.
Bonjour, le service des boissons a vraiment été très long. Pas d'eau de servi à l'arrivée t j'ai dû relancer 2X pour en avoir (servi 1h30 après notre arrivée). Relance également pour avoir une bouteille de vin après 20 minutes d'attente. La pauvre serveuse très gentille & efficace ne pouvait pas faire tout toute seule, devait demander aux autres employés de faire leur travail t compensait pour les manques d'une autre serveuse. Ambiance très agréable mais nous ne reviendrons pas pour un party de Noël de travail. Merci.
Une très bonne dernière soirée pour des vacanciers en famille. On a passé une très bonne soirée, l'endroit est très chouette, une belle qualité dans l'assiette & la musique était la petite touche parfaite pour un bon souvenir. On reviendra avec plaisir 😜
Repas froid pas parce que il y avait du monde nous étions 12 personnes max En tout cas j'y retournera pas j'ai vraiment pas trouvé que ça valait son prix
Nous avions une réservation pour 14 personnes, nous avons été assis sur la piste de danse proche des toilettes, très désagréable.
On nous a retiré nos tables & chaises, & malgré le fait que nous mentionnons à maintes reprises des odeurs désagréable le personnel ne réagissait pas.
Le personnel en général ne semblait pas heureux d'y travailler & disparaissait. La réception d'un verre pouvait prendre jusqu'à 10 minutes.
C'était le fun mais on trouvait que la musique était tellement forte qu'on ne pouvait plus se parler. Même la personne à côté de moi ne m'entendais pas ! L'an prochain on ira dans un endroit moins bruyant ! Super bon service ! Merci !
