La nourriture est très bonne! Beaucoup de gras sur la viande que nous avons pris en entrée mais j’imagine que c’est normal!
Le service a été un peu long parce qu’il y avait beaucoup de gens mais ok quand meme.
Belle ambiance, il y avait un chansonnier très agréable sur place!

Belle ambiance. Bonne prise en charge à l'accueil. Service courtois mais clairement désorganisé car certaines lenteurs. Plats invitants visuellement mais vraiment déçus des cuissons & de la qualité de nos deux bavettes qui étaient bourrées de nerfs. Clairement, si nous y retournons, ce sera pour l'ambiance festive & nous sélectionnerons autre chose au menu...

L'ambiance est formidable, un très bon service & la nourriture & vraiment bonne (pour un resto/bar).
Depuis la nouvelle direction je trouve qu'ils font un merveilleux travail avec tous les événements & les petites attentions avec les clients. Si vous voulez passer une belle soirée pour un bon repas entre amis ou même pour fêter un peu plus tard je vous le recommande !

Bonne ambiance en général.
Nous avons eu un bon service, & mon virgin caesar était parfait.

Lors de notre passage, un des serveurs avait une chemise "pyjama" grande ouverte 🤔

Sinon certains plats pouvaient être généreux & d'autres pas assez (Plat de rib à +40$, notre ami avait encore très faim après). Le choix de dessert très limité.

Il y avait a peine quelques bouchée de viande. Le reste étant du gras. Quand il a eu fini, la serveuse nous a dit qu'elle avait pensée nous offrir de changer l'assiette mais qu'elle trouvais que ça aurait été trop long donc on a même pas pu prendre la décision nous même. L'attente pour les plats était très longue également même si le restaurant était vide. Très déçu

La place assise pour une réservation était ordinaire. Quand vous avez une des bras qui est aquotée sur une rampe pour manger est assez désagréable.

Had a very positive experience at Jack Saloon this week. They are not a sports bar, but we’re very accommodating when I wanted to watch the Blue Jays. Mac & Cheese + Stella were excellent choices. Live entertainment was tasteful, folksy music (Dylan, Petty, etc). Not too loud.

Le service & l'ambiance sont #1, rien à redire. Le personnel est sympathique, courtois, souriant. Gardez ces employés, c'est vraiment WOW. Par contre, 2 personnes sur 4 ont été déçu de leur repas, le premier n'a pas aimé le mac & cheese en remplacement des frites & l'autre personne a été déçu de son assiette de smoked meat. Merci de demander le feedback !
