I am pretty disappointed by my experience.
1. it took about 20 mins (maybe even longer) to get the main dish after we ate our entree.
2. It took a long time for them to get rid of our empty dishes. One had his empty salad dish the whole evening…
3. The person who took our orders wasn't the same who gave it to us, so they forgot two out of 3 desserts. Our'server' didn't check up on us, she just asked about the bill.
4. the salad was weirdly salty. & my pasta did not look appealing/appetizing at all…don't get me wrong, it was decent overall but they could've plated it better

My review might seem very picky & harsh, but I was expecting more & better from them since they have 4.6 stars:

Crust was pretty good. Pizza in general too but a bit bland. For this reason, I believe it's overpriced as $21 for a medium Margherita pizza.

Staff is very rude. The pizzeria cannot accommodate big groups. They say they do but the staff was overwhelmed & it took over 40min to get our mains. The food is fine but it costs a lot for nothing. The meatball entree is meh you can get the same meatballs from super c.

Also the bathrooms are outside the restaurant which is odd.

5 Stars - A Fantastic Experience at Industrial Pizzeria Dix30!

I had an amazing time at Industrial Pizzeria Dix30 & can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients, perfectly baked pizzas, & a great variety of choices on the menu. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining & a night out.

A special shoutout to Joana, our waitress, who truly made the experience unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, & knowledgeable about the menu. Her warm personality & top-notch service added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed.

We'll definitely be back. Great food, great vibe, & exceptional service.
