Food: honest review for a pizza place pizza is nt delicious neither the toppings nor the dough which is surprising. But the burger is wooooow which also weird for pizzaa/pasta place 😂

Industria Pizzeria + Bar delivers a satisfying Italian-inspired experience with decent pizza & pasta options. The flavors are enjoyable, & while not groundbreaking, they hit the spot for a casual meal. The ambiance is modern & welcoming-definitely a nice place to relax & enjoy a bite.
We visited during a quiet time, which made the experience even better: plenty of parking, no wait for a table, & quick, attentive service. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with solid food & a comfortable vibe, Industria is worth checking out-especially when it's not too busy.

I like the restaurant itself. It is nicely decorated & has a nice vibe. Dix 30 is a nice spot. The staff seemed nice & professional.
Unfortunately, the food was just average. We had the fettuccini alfredo & another pasta dish. It tasted a little bland. Maybe it lacked some TLC from the kitchen staff. I feel like I can do better on my own & I'm a bad cook. I have eaten better meals prepared at local grocers for a fraction of the cost. I guess sometimes people pay for the ambiance & not the food.
I would not go back because I can find better food for less money. I feel bad writing this review as the staff was nice. But maybe it can be constructive feedback to improve the quality of the food.
Waitress seemed unhappy.
Food gave me indigestion for hours. I think seed oils were used as opposed to olive oil or butter. Gluten free pasta 5.00 more.. pizza margherita was very good. Pasta gigi major indigestion, no bread served till very late. Paata dish 30.00 arrived not hot. Sangria not impressive. Waitress disorganized, though we were her only table. Water moldy tasting.
I'd skip this place or jusr have the margherita pizza.
I am pretty disappointed by my experience.
1. it took about 20 mins (maybe even longer) to get the main dish after we ate our entree.
2. It took a long time for them to get rid of our empty dishes. One had his empty salad dish the whole evening…
3. The person who took our orders wasn't the same who gave it to us, so they forgot two out of 3 desserts. Our'server' didn't check up on us, she just asked about the bill.
4. the salad was weirdly salty. & my pasta did not look appealing/appetizing at all…don't get me wrong, it was decent overall but they could've plated it better
My review might seem very picky & harsh, but I was expecting more & better from them since they have 4.6 stars:

I was with the family looking for something to eat & we were surprised by this restaurant. Parking is a bit limited but the food compensates for it. We had the arancini, verdict: delicious!! Good proportion of rice & filling & the tomato sauce was just incredible. Kids had the kids menu & both dishes were equally good! The pizza was not the best but it was not disappointing either. The wife went for a pasta that was really good too.
Industria has become my go-to spot for a great pizza. Love this location in the heart of Solar Uniquartier in Brossard! Staff is friendly & service is great ! The restaurant is located inside a hotel, many travelers there mixed with locals. Great for a family night out or with friends. My favorite items on the menu are either the Buratta Pizza or Mushroom Pasta, delicious !
Food was so fresh & delicious & really good portion. Pasta Alfredo & cesar salad were incredible.if the can change the atmosphere of the resturant withs something like play the italian music,.... it can be so better.
I can understand lack of staff & all but my experience probably won't make me come back with my family. The starter I got "eggplant parm" was buried under sauce & when I got to it it was a soup of oil! My kids ordered tenders & fries & it was served in a pasta plate. No napkins, no condiments. My Diet Coke was served Luke warm with no ice! My wife main was $28 & the beef in beef ravioli was not beef but some sort of purée paste. I can understand waiters are busy but don't send out that kind of food & expect people to come back.
