As always, great food & great service. We went on a Tuesday night date night this time, so it wasn't too busy, & the service was fast. I ordered the bruschetta to start, & the Cavatelli Telefono as my main. Both were great. They didn't have a mocktail menu, so they made me a juice mix instead. I would recommend launching a mocktail menu with a variety of drinks without alcohol. There are more & more people, such as myself, who do not consume alcohol but enjoy having a fancy & tasty drink when we're out. We have been here many times before for business & pleasure. Let's start by acknowledging the welcoming atmosphere of not only this place but their waitstaff. I have nothing negative to say for this location. Now, the food tasting, we ordered the fried calamari, fries, orecchiette salsiccia e rapini, vegetarian pizza & for dessert mini cannolis. Everything was delicious! I don't know if the fries were "homemade" but it was just the way I like them. The fried calamari tasted fresh & lemony & they were coated with a light batter that made each bite as crispy as the next one. The orecchiette salsiccia e rapini was also good. The quantity of the dish & the quality of the ingredients were on point & kudos to the chef (s) for knowing how to season the food. I didn't even need to add salt or anything else. The vegetarian pizza was packed with cheese & vegetables & it was well balanced. The cannolis had a touch of chocolate which I enjoyed. Overall, if you want a pizzeria/restaurant offering a fusion of authentic & modern Italian cuisine, Industria Pizzeria + Bar won't disappoint.View more
